We booked the Quads room and everything is good, looking out to the greens everyday and the air is very good! The room service came in every morning but there is some issue with the room service call at the night when the children vomited on the bedsheets.. Some Cons of the hotel: 1) there is no drinkable hot water to get unlike First World Hotel 2) Even though we are just right beside the Theme park, we still have to walk to the Skyavenue to get to the main entrance of the theme park 3) we stayed at the Valley wing, so we are not very near to the main lobby too.

this trip book triple room, email to request for mountain view, and I really got it, just pay abit more, to book triple room, and it's much bigger and comfortable, upons arrival, just paid another 19 Ringgit, for ealry check in, get very clean room with mountain views, very happy with this trip stay, easy & fast check in, trip.com alwsys never fail me, will continue to book from trip .com, whenever I travel on free & easy. thank you trip.com and genting customer service. sorry forgot to take photo of the room, as in was excited with the mountain views.

The 2-bedroom apartment was overall nice and comfortable. The furniture, though a bit old, was clean and well-maintained, just like the bed and mattress, which were also clean and in good condition. However, the water heater was not an instant type and needed 30 minutes to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, our experience took a negative turn on the day of check-out. Around 10:30 AM, the electricity supply to our unit was cut off. We immediately contacted the hotel reception, and they arranged for a technician who arrived at 11:15 AM. Upon inspection, the technician informed us that the distribution board was damaged and couldn't be repaired. He mentioned that customer service would arrange a temporary room for us to shower since Cameron Highlands is cold, and this provided us with some relief at the time. However, the hotel never arranged for an alternative, and we ended up having to shower with cold, freezing water. While the apartment itself was comfortable, the lack of proper follow-up and service during the power outage left us disappointed.

The location of the hotel is away from the mainroud and the surrounding area is quiet, so there is no noise at night. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly. The best part was the breakfast which a lot of choices, and the tastes are quite good. The only downside is that the rooms are not as well soundproofed. I was next door to a family with young children and heard a very noticeable noise in the noon, but it was quieter at night

Clean apartment with 2 bedroom, suitable for small family with 3-4 family members to have their short gateway. Living room is spacious, scenery from balcony is beautiful & breathtaking. Room fare is very affordable.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat! My bed was so comfortable, I loved the little goody bag on check in, loved having a balcony (to view the fog) Perfect location for the Skyworld park with the complementary bus to the mall. Perfect stay

It was a pleasant stay here at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan, the check-in & check-out process were smooth, the studio room was large, the beds were comfy & cozy enough, the room was clean and we were satisfied with all the amenities provided. The hotel was located near the beach so you can totally enjoy the beautiful view from the poolside. My son loves the mini waterslide there, the breakfast was okay though we think the hotel can improve the variety of it. Free shared parking with the reaidence building. And you will need to prepare deposit of RM100 in cash/CC with RM3 tax.

One of the best stay at Kuantan, will be back in near future visit again. Things to improve: front desk during check in is rather messy and slow, crowd easily build up and waiting time rather long. #a4dable2travel #ilovekuantan

The stay was generally good, with a comfortable room and decent amenities. However, the pillowcase was old and had started to pill, creating small fabric balls that made it feel rough and unpleasant and an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything else was fine. Would consider staying again if housekeeping improves.

We had a great new year's end vacation here @ swiss garden hotel genting highlands 😘 We really enjoyed the new years countdown party and the foods served was 😋 😋 😋 👍 👌 Very friendly staffs(from the receptionists to the restaurant staffs all friendly 😘 Location wise ( only RM7 grab taxi to GPO) maybe depends on time and demands Good food 😋 especially breakfast buffet soo many choices 😋 also tried their kampung friendly rice,char kway teow special oxtail soup yummy 😋😋😋, Pool was nice but wasn't able to swim coz it's very cold that time with sea clouds ⛅️ Also sooo many instagrammable views to capture when you are @ pool (you can also see the awana cable car & GPO from afar 😉 Clean Room and surroundings ✅ For me its highly recommended hotel ️ in genting highlands ✅️ Price was good for the 4stars hotel 👌

Hotel locations experienced landslide in Jan, if raining season a bit worrying becos the road quite long , winding n dark at nite. The location parking a bit inconvenience when U need to drive in & out a lot becos need to validate your card per exit. The carpark at different bldg, reception is at different building also n the tower blocks u staying also at different bldg. A bit confusing. Luckily we did not stay at tower 4..it is very far away. Got hourly shuttle provided to Genting sky avenue at Rm7 - RM10 per trip. Got few convenient store n cafes nearby if Like to stay in-house for food.

A higher standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom area. As for the breakfast, it was just so-so. The selection was quite limited, with options such as fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak, soup noodles, small sausages, fried eggs, roti canai, curry chicken and bread. However, there was no milk, cereal, or cake for the children. Additionally, we found that the creamer seemed to have been bitten by either a cockroach or a mouse, which was quite unappetizing. We have photos to support this observation. Overall, while the hotel is generally okay, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly with the bunk bed, bathroom cleanliness, and breakfast quality. We hope these issues will be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Love the king sized bed and all the big pillows. Room was big enough and comes with a sofa bed. Toilet also very clean and comes with bottled shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. Look very organised and complete. Food during breakfast was also very nice, served by well-mannered waiters and chefs. Plenty of delicious food to choose from. I particularly like the vege fritters they cooked, brings back old memories when i was little, living in kampung with my late mom. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying there and would definitely come back whenever I'm Kuantan.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very satisfied with my experience. The staff here are extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The location is very strategic, with plenty of dining options just outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and its design was both modern and appealing. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I think staying at this hotel is truly worth it. I would definitely return if given the chance.

Our room have issue with the water heater and iron but they fixed fastly come to fix the problem..unfortunetly water heater cannot be fix on time but its ok as they try to solve the issue..need to change new unit...

Staying at Hotel Sentral Kuantan for the first time was a delightful experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to attractions and eateries. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it. It’s still a great choice for anyone visiting Kuantan, whether for business or leisure, offering good value for money.

Cleanliness: I would rate the cleanliness a 2 due to the poor maintenance and housekeeping. None of the electrical outlets were functioning properly, and there was a noticeable electrical sound. For those traveling with children, please be extra cautious. During our sightseeing trip from 1 pm to 10 pm, we returned to find the towels we had used earlier that morning, wet and folded on the table instead of being replaced with fresh ones. Additionally, our used cup had not been washed and was left untouched. Location & Amenities: The location was great, and the kids had a fantastic time, especially in the pool area. The pool is spacious, clean, and convenient for parents to relax while their kids enjoy themselves. The surrounding environment is excellent and truly mesmerizing. We were happy to sit back, relax, and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves—it was incredibly calming. The seaside area is ideal for large family gatherings or company events, with plenty of space available. Service: I would rate the Front Office Staff at 4, especially Mr. Aftar, Mr. Azlan, and Mr. Rahmat, who were very helpful. However, I had a negative experience with Ms. Y (name withheld), who was unhelpful and lacked empathy. We were planning to shorten our stay from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night due to heavy rainfall, flooding in some areas, and car issues. We asked her at the front desk, after consulting Trip.Com, if we could shorten our stay. Instead of showing understanding, she kept saying she couldn't assist and that the Manager on Duty was unavailable. She directed us to deal with Trip.Com the following day, which we understood. However, when I asked if, in case Trip.Com approved our request, we could check out later (around 1 or 2 pm), she refused. She claimed they couldn’t offer a late check-out as the hotel was fully booked. I was shocked, as I was giving up an extra night and yet wasn’t granted even a late check-out at 12:30 pm, and yet she was mentioned it will be chargeable. To my surprise, I later checked online and saw plenty of rooms available and an empty pool. This was disappointing. Just imagine, i am planning to give away my extra night and when i wasnt able to get a slightly late check out due to fully booked ? what ridiculous is this ? IF, we requested late check out on the actual check out date, i totally understand . But this is another way round and she left me speechless. On a positive note, Mr. Aftar, Mr. Azlan, and Mr. Rahmat were understanding and helpful. Despite not asking for much, their suggestions, empathy, and sincerity made a significant difference in our stay. It was because of them that we decided to continue our stay and cancel our initial plans. A big thank you to them for their kindness and helpfulness, always checking in to see if we needed assistance and offering thoughtful suggestions. Overall Experience: Our overall stay was very good and enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and the sightseeing views. The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the sea, providing a truly relaxing experience. Special thanks also to the IRD staff at the restaurant for kindly helping us store our frozen food.
