The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property location wise from the station is in a great position. Noise wise, not so good! We were room 702, it was very noisy with the trains going by constantly. The room is also very hot, with the heating automatically controlled by the hotel. Breakfast is a set menu and very expensive for what it is, we paid for 3 days of breakfast up front, but after the first day decided not to have it again. Only 2 machines in the entire hotel for laundry.

Located about 10min walk from Kanazawa station, very near Omicho market, hotel Forza was very advanced in the check in process. It was a decent hotel with a small coin laundry room (4 machines). However, I had 2 unhappy encounters. Trip didn't allow me to modify the dates (cancel 1 night) so I called the hotel directly. I was told by Amy or Emi to cancel the entire booking (which did not incur additional charges) and rebook, which resulted in a higher price per night. When I checked in, I didn't like the layout of the room which I was not aware of from the photos prior - bed directly facing the door, it wasnt possible to watch the TV from the bed nor from the swivel chair unless I turn it around (I bought take outs for my dinner), so I called the front desk to ask for a change (I also checked online and saw that there were available rooms) however I was rejected by Amy/Emi once again, with the reason that their housekeeping would have to make rounds again and will incur additional charges. I decided not to argue further and made do with it for my 3 nights of stay.

5 mins from the train station. It was quite well located. Very clean and tidy rooms. The spa could probably do with a little more ventilation but no major issues. You can monitor the crowedness via their tv. afternoon drinks of tea provided between I think 1500-1900. Staff were very attentive and remembered me after my second day of stay

Very good hotel, with good hardware and software facilities. It is within walking distance of the main attractions in Kanazawa. The transportation is very convenient, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The most amazing thing is the breakfast, which has a rich variety. Each dish is placed in a small bowl, which feels a bit like Kaiseki cuisine. The front desk service attitude is very good, and many things can be negotiated. All five-star praise.

Parking onsite and is just outside the hotel. This makes it very convenient. Better to reserve to secure a lot when booking this hotel. Everything was good. Only down side is the air conditioning system in the rooms is centralised and cannot be controlled. When we stayed there for 2 nights, they had already switched from air conditioning to heating the rooms. The day we arrived, it was warm so the room was hot. We turned off the heater and opened the windows to let in some cool fresh air. Fortunately the 2 side panels of the windows could be opened. We slept through the night with opened windows.

Location of hotel is just a road across the Omi-cho Station. About 15 mins walk from the JR Kanazawa station. Nearest convenience store is about 8 mins walk away. We stayed in room 202, just beside the laundry room which one can find microwave ovens, water dispenser, vending machine and a smoking room. Though just staying beside, I'm surprised there's very minimal noise, and it was soooo convenient when we did our laundry. Staff were great too. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located across Kanazawa station, the hotel is easily accessible. Glad to see the mountain view from my hotel room. The breakfast spread is fantastic! As my stay was during the colder month of December, consistent hot water at the turn of the tap without any wait is really good! My only complain is that the central aircon system is not pushing out enough air, even at highest speed, making the night feel stuffy.

This will be one of the best hostel that I had stayed in during my trip. I really love that it was quite close to the station and of course mall. The hotel provide early luggage storage and check in too. I was there at 2pm and I can straight away check in too the hotel. There was coin laundry machine (2 of them), vending machine, ice, microwave facilities. My room view was the train track which I love it a lot!

The room was very clean and it was easy to use as it was close to the station. At night, they had a projection mapping in front of the hotel, and the kids looked like they had fun getting jobs. There is no affiliated parking lot, but there is a parking lot nearby, which was convenient!

After arriving at Komatsu Station, exit the west exit and see the high-rise building across the road, which is the hotel🏨. There is no road leading directly to the front of the hotel. Walk a few dozen meters from the road on the right hand side of the hotel and turn left. The room is not big but very clean. There is free coffee at the front desk. There is no breakfast but 2 breads are provided🍞. I found a restaurant not far away: Fish Fish Fish, which also has dishes other than fish, and the taste is good.

Next to Komatsu Station, close to Komatsu Airport, there are many good places to eat and visit within 3 kilometers, such as Hide Sushi, Sakaba JINZA, Komatsu Ion, Hakusan Ion

I took a smoking room for a week by mistake, but I changed it to a non-smoking room on Tuesday. However, the non-smoking room I had changed was very dirty, and the dirt was scattered on the floor after the bath, so I contacted the front desk in the middle of the night to confirm it. After confirmation, he changed the room to the highest level. The view and the size of the room were large enough for one person.

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. Fantastic Hotel, a little outside of the way if you’re traveling from the airport. No connecting trains to make it easy, but the staff are courteous and kind, and their Onsen is great!

The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the sink of the bath, almost every one has hair inside, and the cleanliness needs to be strengthened. The management of breakfast is also problematic. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter did not ask us the room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask the room number, so we went in and ate directly. No room number, this management method is only applicable to Japanese people, that is, if you want to eat breakfast, you can go directly in. No one knows if the accommodation includes breakfast. Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Temple will be covered (the seventh floor of the total floor is allocated on the fourth floor, the difference is as photo), if you look at the mountain view, it is similar.

The hotel is right next to a stream and you can hear the gurgling water in the room. There is a hot spring street within walking distance. When leaving, the reception staff will bow and wave goodbye. It is a traditional Japanese hotel and is the choice of Japanese tourist resort hotels.

The menu may change every day, but the chicken tempura and croquettes at breakfast were very delicious. There are two baths in the hotel, one of which is an open-air bath, which was very pleasant. Many families visit, so I think it's best to go at a different time when children are in the bath, as they are running around and it's difficult to relax. There is a shuttle bus from JR Kaga Onsen Station (it should be Yukuai's No. 2 bus, with timetable attached). It is very convenient. If there is no reservation, the driver will let you get on the bus. The room is really big, it is the largest room in my trip to Japan, I feel that there is no problem with ten people. The banquet dishes for dinner are also good, and the food is very satisfying. During the afternoon in the open-air bath, there is also free sake and plum wine. The service staff is very polite and constantly greets you and chats (he speaks Japanese, I speak Chinese and English, this five-minute awkward chat... Hahaha) If you leave the hotel, turn right and walk for a few minutes to the public baths, where you can experience the locals’ bathing, so don’t go for tattoos. There are hot springs for soaking your feet and hot springs for drinking in the square outside the baths. It is very comfortable to bring your own foot wipes to soak. It is a pity that I only stayed for one day due to the itinerary. I will definitely go to live for a few more days next time. The tranquility of the Hokuriku countryside is definitely a good place to relax on vacation.

There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and private baths can be reserved for 3,000 yen for 50 minutes and 5,000 yen for 100 minutes. Private baths have two indoor and outdoor pools, which are absolutely great value. When leaving, the staff will wave goodbye until the car disappears at the gate. The whole check-in process makes people feel warm, caring and just right, it is highly recommended!
