Hotel Dengan Gym di Jerusalem, Israel

It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included………..

The hotel is very nice and quiet. The food needs a lot of improvement It wasn’t that tasty and wasn’t that varied.

The staff were so helpful and nice! Everything was fantastic - clean and luxurious.  Location could not be better - light rail right outside and it is on Ben Yehuda street.

Excellent. Yael in customer services particularly helpful , professional, and kind.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

В целом не плохо, место положение очень хорошее, в самом центре близко ко всему. Но сама гостиница довольна не новая, были пятна на двух креслах не выведенные нечем, у пастельного белья очень странный и нехороший запах.

ארוחת בוקר הייתה מצוינת ומגוונת חבל שחייבו אותנו 18% מע''מ אפילו שבאתר היה רשום שאין חיובים נוספים! המלון טען שזה בגלל האזרחות הישראלית. ובאתר לא ציינו שיחול חיוב נוסף
