The Residence Bintan

Perfect quiet side of Bintan, luxury and spacious villa room - Upper Garden. Free pickup at ferry terminal. All front desk requests made via WhatsApp or room phone. Super fast response!! Facilities were practical like bicycles per villa, gym, spa, kids playhouse, water sports and 3 dining restaurants for selection. Bed was medium firm, clean bathtub, good water pressure for standing rain shower, attached hairdryer was all great! Buggy service to get around by dialing 0. Custom text bed decor and turn down service available for free. Recommend for couples! Good breakfast with live stations - egg station, waffle pancake station, noodles station, bubur station (congee). Free activities like towel art, Farm animals feeding - rabbit and chicken. Pool was clean, no leaves/sand. Baby wading pool available too. Pool bar menu was good with live band nights. Indonesian cuisine at Rica Rica is highly recommended. Can skip Rimbun Grill, our chicken was overdone. Superb getaway for 2 nights!!! Singaporean approved!
Four Points by Sheraton Batam

Went batam for 3 days 2 nights.. first night at 4 points and 2nd night at marriott to celebrate my birthday this month.. booked stay and dine (either lunch or dinner for 2pax). I was caught in surprises as there is miscommunication within the hotel team about the dining that causes some disappointment.. luckily, that's a young interm with the name ”Natalia” that came to ask about our stay during breakfast that we manage to voice up about the dinner.. I feel much better after talking to them, and they offered us the BBQ dinner as compensation.. I am happy with their sincerity and close the case without taking their compensation. It's very good following up and having a good stay in 4 points as the room is very clean.. Can consider to go back if going to batam again

Montigo Resort Nongsa

Montigo is a great value stay if you’re looking for a villa with a private pool. However it is not luxury standard on an international context. Exceptionally perfect for a family with kids who love to swim. Complimentary breakfast was just alright. Wide variety but nothing exceptional. Our family had our other meals at every restaurant in montigo - Indo /Jap / Seafood / Western. Food and service were great. However when it comes to receiving your orders, one should expect a waiting time of 30mins. This is probably cultural context. Would I return to Montigo again? I would say I would as a quick getaway vs a staycation in Sg.
Nirwana Resort Hotel

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... Hope it helps the guests in future to comen and freidnly remind for their management to find way for bettter experience BR Daniel Hope it helps....
Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi

A Stellar Experience at Asialink Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Asialink Hotel, and it was an experience that surpassed all expectations. Located in the heart of [City/Area], this hotel combines modern luxury with warm, attentive service, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the elegant ambiance of the hotel lobby. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Room Comfort and Amenities The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful sleep. The modern décor, paired with thoughtful amenities such as complimentary bottled water, a fully stocked minibar, and a plush bathrobe, made me feel right at home. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring luxurious toiletries and a powerful rain shower that I thoroughly enjoyed. Dining Excellence The culinary offerings at Asialink Hotel were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an extensive selection of dishes ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to local delicacies and international favorites. I particularly loved the live cooking station, where I could customize my omelets to perfection. For dinner, [Restaurant Name] provided an exquisite dining experience, with dishes that were both beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Amenities and Facilities The hotel’s amenities were equally noteworthy. The pool area was a tranquil oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. I also visited the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art machines and had everything I needed for a productive workout. For those seeking relaxation, the spa was a true sanctuary—I treated myself to a massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Exceptional Service What truly set Asialink Hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or simply greeting me with a smile, their genuine care and attention to detail made all the difference. Situated close to [specific attractions, shopping districts, or landmarks], it was incredibly convenient to explore the area. Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. Good service provided by the hotel staff. My second stay at this resort. The free shuttle service is definitely a plus point. Nice view of the sea from my room’s balcony. Will definitely book another stay in the future.
Alltrue Hotel Bintan - Tanjungpinang

Neat and tidy. Located in city center thus convenient to get to the port upon departure. On the first night the room that we were allocated had a leakage of water from the ceilings so they immediately got us another room ready. -Okay selection of breakfast options -Food menu and prices from their restaurant is good price (though I didn’t order any 😅)

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Just got back from a stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, and I had a great time! The service was awesome, and the staff were super friendly—really made me feel at home. The swimming pool and all the amenities were on point. I loved hanging out by the pool! And let me tell you, the Indonesian food was fantastic. I can't recommend it enough! I’m planning come back in future.
