The customer and the front desk are very good. The hotel is located in the old town of Guayaquil. There is basically nothing around, but it is close to the riverside walk, close to the city hall and the park. But I am not interested in going, the surrounding area is relatively shabby and not safe, it is best not to go out. Excellent hotel! Only a year old. Clean, good price and a $6 taxi ride from the airport. The malacone is right across the way for morning exercise. The AC was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. Great bed. Great pillows. Nice stay for going to the airport.
