Came to Dresden for 2 nights with my daughter. We just slept at the hotel and did not use extra services. In our country we don’t wear outside shoes inside the house, so for us the room floor was dirty to walk by bare foot. Very good hair dryer, but no tea pot or coffee machine.

This is a very busy hotel, it must have very many rooms. But the location is perfect, right on Prager Straße, less than 10 minutes walk from Dresden Central train station, and less than 10 minutes walking to the historic city center, starting with the famous Kreutzkirche. The staff is very busy, but friendly. If you look for a convenient, price effective hotel in Dresden, this hotel is a good choice.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's very close to the Central Station and less than ten minutes' walk away. It's also in the shopping district. It has food, accommodation and entertainment nearby, and the hygiene is pretty good. of

It's close to the city center and easy to access. There are many places to walk around, and I especially rented a bike in front of the accommodation and rode it at sunset, which was perfect. I happened to see a bike in front of the accommodation, so I rode it and it was great. The accommodation isn't very big, but it was fine for a short stay. The TV has Netflix and YouTube, which was nice! I also used the luggage storage service after check-out, which was great!

Clean and tidy. With a wide view, you can see the whole view of Chemnitz city center. It is within walking distance from the city center. The traffic at the door is also very convenient, but it is not very noisy. Rich breakfast, many varieties!

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

After Leipzig to Munich, I stayed at the hotel's newer basic business hotel, but at 4 o'clock in the night, the hotel alarm system failed. It is estimated that about 150 people ran out of the hotel in the middle of the night. The fire truck 3-4 a 30-40 left fruitless in minutes. Guests return to sleep until morning checkout No one apologizes.

Very good central location, underground car park (subject to charge) in the immediate vicinity. Spacious, modern and clean rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff. The only point of criticism, if you even want to call it that, several elevators would be desirable, since you sometimes have to wait a long time.

A very pleasant experience with amazing buffet breakfast for a low price. The staff are friendly and accommodating and agree to my request to change rooms even after I checked in in a room already. The rooms are very quiet and with air conditioning which is really pleasant for summer night.

The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!

The location is excellent, the waiter at the front desk is very patient, come out and ask about the car several times, store luggage for a while, and forget to take things in the toilet for a while. The hotel is located about 15 minutes (trailer) from the main station in a street just apart from the city centre. We were somewhat disappointed at arrival at 23.30 clock that an international hotel in the Dorint chain no longer offers drinks at the bar, but only offers a minimum offer from the reception refrigerator. In comparatively much smaller hotels we have often experienced that the reception is able to serve the bar to screen the drinks. The room was clean and clean. The style of the setting is the same as in the 1990s.

The front desk had a very average attitude. Finally, after repeated communication, I called a colleague to send a pair. The room is modern and simple, and it's OK. But, 1. There is no table. 2. There is no electric kettle

The central location is very good. There is a big shopping mall next to it. There are restaurants and bars nearby. Safe parking lot. Polite and professional staff. I will stay here again next time.

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel. Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable. The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received. Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels. Don’t hesitate….value for money! Breakfast is very good

The room was very poor, the room type was weird, the TV and the bed were parallel, and the wardrobe was directly topped at the bathroom door. The hotel as a whole is an old hotel in a third-tier city to repair the facade. I don't know how so many praises came from. The service is very poor. When you check in at the front desk, you should pay attention to it. There is a small sign on the inconspicuous side that says: The default guest does not need cleaning service, so if you need to change the bath towel and plan the room, please ask it at the front desk. This feeling is a bit of an invisible consumption trap. Then I asked for cleaning service, and the next morning cleaning came knocking at 8:30, speechless.
