Shapotou tourist attraction
Stayed 1 night late August. 24kms and ¥40 taxi ride from ZhongweiNan fast train station. The area used to be a farm on a bend of the Yellow River. There are numerous accommodation areas, all looking similar. Apparently, one person owns all, and rents out clusters to various entities. Ours had a restaurant, but it wasn't open. For dinner and included breakfast, we went to the first restaurant on the right as you enter through the security gate from the carpark. Peaceful part of the world. Facility had a nice little pool, but water was too cold. Too dangerous to swim in the river. As you face the river, we walked right to a glamping area and had a cold beer. There is a petting zoo type deal on the way. To the left, you eventually climb up to a mini version of the great wall. Keep walking, for a side track to the river, or up to a little pavilion after crossing a road. + points, well set up, peaceful and secure. - points, zero English and most frustrating experience I've had in China even with apps both ways. We all travel with a price to quality/experience ratio. In this instance, far too high, and I wouldn't be back or recommend this place

Located in the center of Yinchuan's old town, it should be a newly renovated old store, the style of the west tour. Don't be too convenient to eat and play in the Gulou business district. The public area has free bottled water for tourists to travel, suitable for citywalk. I feel that the waiter is a bit dumb, not very understanding of flexibility, and the attitude seems to not keep up with the requirements of the travel service industry below.

When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

To be honest, this is the second review. I booked it on another platform the night before and gave them a 5-star review. It is true that on the first day of my stay, I felt that life was good. The breakfast on the second day was not what I expected. There are many varieties, but the quality is average. The food that fell off the food table and the garbage on the ground were not cleaned for a long time. The senses are poor. Although the room told the front desk that the bedding would not be changed, when I came back from going out, I found that there was still small garbage on the floor from the previous day. What’s even funnier is that when we were out playing, it was almost 2pm, and we suddenly received a call from the hotel asking us to check out. I was stunned for a moment. Didn’t I already swipe my room card at the front desk after breakfast (to stay for an additional day and complete the procedures at the front desk) for the same day? I anxiously returned to the hotel and asked the front desk, saying they had made a mistake. Because I ordered it on another platform and he didn't see it. What's even weirder is that we are asked to pay the deposit again when we check out. That is to say, I have to pay the room twice for this night, and then he will refund me once. This logic makes me dizzy. This is really convenient for the hotel itself, leaving the trouble to the customers. Let’s talk about the benefits of the hotel. The hotel’s location faces Yuehai Lake and has the Helan Mountains in the background. The room can see Yuehai Lake. It is a new four-star hotel under the sports-oriented Intercontinental. You can feel that the waiters want to do a good job, but there is a small mistake. The heart-warming drink at night was very healthy and delicious. There is nice gym laundry room. Guests can use it free of charge.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in this trip. The environment is in the Tengger Desert. You have to take a taxi to the Zuoqi East Lake Scenic Area first, and then the store will drive an off-road vehicle to take you to their camp. Not far from the road, there is a big goose and a small cat. Wherever you go, the goose will follow, but its call is a bit loud. At night, you can see the stars in the sky! 🏠 Facilities I went to live in the desert tent in mid-to-late October. The temperature was a bit low at night. The face was still cold after plugging in the electric blanket. It is recommended to go before mid-October. It will not be very cold. There are two choices of tents and rooms. The price of the room will be more expensive, but it will not be so cold. The service boss is super good. I will introduce me to eat and play, there is a bonfire party and fireworks in the evening, and I have met some friends here. In short, it is an unforgettable memory, a desert trip for one person!

The hotel is big and the east wing is modern. The breakfast selection was impressive. There is no laundry room for guests to use, but the reception can organize for your washing to be collected from your room. Wanda plaza is about a 12 minute walk away. The service was mixed when I was there - one receptionist was abrupt with me and other guests, but the woman who showed me to my room could not have been nicer. There was fresh fruit waiting in the room for me. Foreigners can stay at this hotel, but when I checked into they told me the system was slow that day (or possibly for foreigners in general), so they lead me to sit in the lounge for twenty minutes while they processed my check in.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.
