Hotel Dengan Gym di Queensland, Australia

An absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast. I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area. Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved: * the included healthy breakfast, * free on-site parking *Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch) * very friendly and kind staff * neat and good layout of room * comfortable bed * good air conditioning * friendly people throughout the building * walking distance to Chermside shopping centre * excellent price Thing I didn't like as much: * not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways * the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping. Highly recommended.

Pelayanan front desk sangat baik, hotel ini berada di pusat kota, nyaman untuk berbelanja dan naik perahu. Kebun raya hanya berjarak sepelemparan batu. Ini adalah bangunan bertingkat tinggi yang ikonik dan kamarnya memiliki pemandangan yang tak tertandingi. Kamarnya sangat baru, lengkap dan sangat bersih. Ini adalah hotel terbaik dan paling hemat biaya yang pernah saya tinggali di empat kota selama perjalanan Festival Musim Semi saya.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was ok but during our stay, no one came and clean up and we asked to change the towels only and the housekeeper seemed like she wasn't happy. When we checked in, the staff at the reception didn't give us any information on when to check out or information about the hostel because my application showed that I could check out until 5 pm, luckily I was asking. We don't ask for any special treatment but just the basic thing that we should've known. We've stayed at YHA Sydney Harbour and the staff were friendlier. Not that bad but not that good though.

The location is good being about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Parking was easy for me, driving right into a park however there is limited parking and not guaranteed (first come, first served case). The room was pretty big with a nice balcony overlooking the Gold Coast canals. You need a key card to access everywhere which is a little annoying before check-in if you need to park and/or use the bathroom. The room wasn't very clean, the toilet had visible dirty marks on it as it it wasn't touched between guests, drains smelled bad and the carpet needed to be replaced 5 years ago (our feet were black after walking around the room). To replace carpet is a fairly big thing however the bathroom cleanliness was poor and such an easy fix. It's good for 1 or 2 nights and better if you secure a bit of a discount, I wouldn't pay their 'standard' rate of the night. If you're wanting a room for 5 nights or more best to pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Lokasinya luar biasa... hanya berjalan kaki singkat ke Surfers Paradise dan Skypoint tepat di sebelahnya. Mudah diakses dari bandara karena halte trem berada tepat di sebelah Skypoint. Banyak pilihan kafe dan restoran. Kami tidak menggunakan kolam renang atau pusat kebugaran. Suara bising terdengar dari kamar karena dindingnya tipis. Proses check-in mudah... staf tidak banyak memberi tahu tentang fasilitas resor dan kami menemukan kata sandi WiFi berdasarkan stiker di dinding dapur. Balkon kamar kami menghadap ke kolam renang, yang sangat bagus.

I recently stayed at The Capitol Apartments and had a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, just a 5mins walk from the exhibition centre super convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, with a big balcony that offers a lovely view, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning. The 1 bedroom apartment had ample space, with a large bathroom, bedroom, and lounge area. I was impressed by the size of each room, plenty of room to relax and unwind. The surrounding area is also great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely recommend The Capitol Apartments to others. Great value for the price!
