Hotel Dengan Gym di Upper Austria, Austria

Resor yang sangat bagus dengan kompleks yang luas, dan sangat nyaman. Kami naik perahu dari resor ke Hallstatt, 10 euro per orang. Dari Hallstatt, ada bus umum yang membawa kami langsung ke halte bus di depan resor. Namun, saya cukup kecewa dengan informasi yang salah di trip.com mengenai kamar. Awalnya saya ingin memesan chalet dengan 2 kamar karena kami adalah rombongan yang terdiri dari 2 pasangan. Ketika saya melakukan pemesanan, situs web trip.com menyatakan bahwa 1 kamar dapat menampung maksimal 2 orang. Jadi tentu saja saya harus memesan 2 kamar. Ketika saya tiba di resor, saya terkejut mengetahui bahwa saya ditipu untuk membayar 2 chalet dengan 4 kamar! Tentu saja kami tidak menggunakan chalet lainnya. Benar-benar tidak adil bahwa karena informasi yang salah di trip.com, kami harus membayar 2 kamar lain yang sama sekali tidak kami butuhkan. Saya meminta kompensasi dari trip.com mengenai kerugian saya dan sudah 4 hari dan saya masih menunggu kabar dari mereka untuk solusinya.

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, walking distance to the train station and historic part of the city, restaurants, shops and a supermarket as well as public transportation are all nearby. Highly recommended.

Love this hotel! The breakfast is nice and they offer sparkling/still water all day. There is a sauna and a gym and many places to rest with a good view of the river.
