GGoldenGuanHarganya terjangkau, letaknya jauh dari Strip, tetapi Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke Strip dalam 10-15 menit, jaraknya terjangkau. Kamarnya luas dan terawat dengan baik! Hotel ini sekarang sebagian sedang direnovasi, menantikan area yang baru dibangun! Meskipun beberapa bagian hotel tidak beroperasi, tetapi saya terkejut melihat ada restoran Cina yang bagus di dalam hotel! Itu pengalaman yang bagus!

TTamuRasanya seperti hotel murah. Saat pertama kali kami masuk kamar, ada noda di sprei dan toilet juga tidak bersih dengan helaian rambut menempel di dinding. Tidak ada air, sandal kamar, atau sikat gigi yang disediakan. Saat kami minta segelas air panas untuk minum obat, mereka juga tidak menyediakan.
Layanan di konter sangat buruk karena mereka bahkan tidak dapat membantu mencetak salinan paspor untuk kami!
Saya tidak mengharapkan layanan seperti ini dari hotel terkemuka. Grace yang menyelamatkan adalah SATU staf counter. Dia seorang MVP! Namanya Yessmi (tidak yakin apakah namanya benar) Dia mengenakan kaos biru, berdiri di sisi kanan saat menghadap resepsionis ketika kami check in pada tanggal 16 Mei. Dia sangat membantu dan mengganti kamar yang lebih bersih untuk kami dan membantu kami mencetak salinan paspor kami.

TTamuWe just spent three nights at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas and I have very mixed feelings about our stay. On the plus side, the property itself is beautiful. The exterior, lobby, and common areas are impressive, with lots of decorative touches and fancy lighting. You can tell this used to be a true five-star resort. We also got a great rate on our room and, at face value, were very happy with it.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was our bathroom shower. On the second night, the shower stopped working properly — it wouldn’t turn fully on or off and was stuck at an uncomfortable lukewarm temperature. We discovered this late at night and had to stay up waiting for engineers to come repair it. They did fix it, and we were able to shower in the morning and go about our day. The next day, New Year’s Eve, we returned to the room after being out for about five hours and immediately heard a piercing squeal in the hallway. The sound was coming from our suite. When I opened the double doors to the bathroom, the room was filled with hot steam. It appeared that housekeeping had turned on the shower to clean and then couldn’t turn it off; it was blasting extremely hot water at full force. We had the same issue again: no one could stop it. Getting help the second time was difficult. There was a shift change and the hotel was clearly focused on New Year’s Eve festivities. With limited time to get ready, my husband and I ended up having to go shower in the spa (which, thankfully, was still open). By the time we got back, the shower had been fixed again, but the whole situation was a huge inconvenience and took a long time to resolve. Honestly, this room should not have been assigned to anyone given the state of the shower.
To the staff’s credit, everyone we interacted with was kind and tried to be as helpful as they could. No one was rude. Management did offer compensation for the trouble:
• One free night (which we accepted)
• Waived our resort fees (which we accepted)
• Complimentary breakfast (which we didn’t use)
However, our visit to the spa highlighted further maintenance issues:
• The steam rooms in both the men’s and women’s areas weren’t working at all.
• The women’s spa pool had only one working jet; the men’s side didn’t work at all.
• The water was more lukewarm than warm.
• I liked the sauna, but towels and flip-flops that were left there on my first visit were still there the next day, which made me question how often it’s cleaned.
• The shower in the sauna area was out of order, the bathrobes didn’t have matching ties, and the slippers in the women’s area were initially male-sized.
• Both the main outdoor pool and the hot tub were closed.
Given how many amenities were unavailable or not functioning, the $32.50 per night resort fee feels very steep.
There were also some basic room and building issues:
• A loose wooden board under the sink, barely held on by a screw, fell off and landed on my husband’s foot while he was getting ready.
• Many areas of the hotel, especially the guest room hallways and the walk from the parking garage to the lobby, smelled strongly of rotten eggs. It seemed like a sewage issue that someone tried to mask with heavy fragrance, which honestly made it worse.
Overall, this is a property with a lot of potential and a gorgeous exterior, and we appreciated the staff’s kindness and the attempt to make things right with a free night. But the maintenance problems, plumbing issues, spa disrepair, resort fee, and pervasive odor made our stay far less relaxing than we had hoped. With serious investment in repairs and upkeep, this could be an amazing hotel again—but right now, it falls short of what the Hilton name and resort fees suggest.

Jjackie chambers dahlingThis hotel and casino was really nice. Thank God it's off of the strip. The room that was selected for me was okay. The eyes on the wall was a little creepy, but it was okay. I don't like the fact you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without being charged. That shouldn't be an issue. So if you get a room at the Palms, bring a cooler, because the refrigerator is off limits unless you want to pay for it.

TTamuSaya tidak menemukan satu pun kekurangan di hotel ini. Lokasinya sangat strategis, tepat di luar kawasan The Strip. Anda bisa naik monorel dan menikmati pemandangan yang menakjubkan, terutama di malam hari. Monorel memiliki stasiun di hotel.
Pemesanan dan check-in mudah. Parkir mandiri 10 dolar per hari. Staf check-in ramah dan membantu. Bahkan, setiap staf sangat membantu.
Kamarnya sangat besar, tempat tidur dan bantalnya nyaman.
Kamar mandi, kulkas di kamar bagus, pemandangan lapangan golf dan pegunungan yang menakjubkan. Kamarnya sangat bersih.
Banyak kafe dan restoran di hotel.
Harganya terjangkau, begitu pula barnya.
Saya memberi nilai 10/10 untuk hotel ini.

TTamuOrleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.

Pertama, ada antrian panjang untuk check-in. Butuh waktu sekitar satu jam untuk mendapatkan kartu kunci untuk masuk ke kamar. Tanpa diduga, saya tidak bisa membuka pintu kamar. Saya harus kembali ke meja depan untuk mendapatkan satu set kartu kunci baru sebelum saya dapat memasuki ruangan dengan lancar.
Gerbang tempat parkir sering gagal dibuka dan memerlukan komunikasi interkom untuk membuka gerbang. Tempat parkir mengenakan biaya USD20 per malam.
Saat membersihkan kamar, petugas kebersihan meninggalkan sarung tangan di tempat tidur.
Saat saya membayar, di tagihan juga terlihat bahwa selain biaya resor, ada juga biaya-biaya yang tidak diketahui asal usulnya. Saya mencari bantuan dari Trip.com (awalnya disebut Biaya Kamar, dan kemudian mereka memberi saya tanda terima lain yang disebut Biaya Penyetokan Ulang Penyegaran). Tanggapan hotel sangat tidak memuaskan dan masalah awalnya tidak terselesaikan.

TTamuAs you get the keys to condo you are worked to sit through 90 min presentation of time share. (Just what we wanted to refuse attending after long flight) Our condo was located in the very back building #21 with forgettable view of maintenance area. That section was undergoing renovations so pool area was torn up. It’s a full 6 min walk from lobby and amenities to our room. So think twice if you need to get something. Bedroom had tiny little bugs all around that we had to kill, but they did I not come back. Room was adequate but definitely showed wear. The bathroom tub/shower was oversized and huge, but for a late 60’s couple like us, represented a challenge taking a shower and getting in/out while wet. Took me 30 min to figure out how to get the main TV back to English from the chinese language it was set for.
The best feature of this facility is that it is walking distance to the Sphere which was why we were there. But if we had to do over again, we would pay a bit more and stay at the Venitian hotel. Just as close, nicer accommodation with many more amenities close at hand.

FFreddyg013The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into gambling, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun.
The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three casinos connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of gambling, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!
