Rasanya seperti hotel murah. Saat pertama kali kami masuk kamar, ada noda di sprei dan toilet juga tidak bersih dengan helaian rambut menempel di dinding. Tidak ada air, sandal kamar, atau sikat gigi yang disediakan. Saat kami minta segelas air panas untuk minum obat, mereka juga tidak menyediakan.
Layanan di konter sangat buruk karena mereka bahkan tidak dapat membantu mencetak salinan paspor untuk kami!
Saya tidak mengharapkan layanan seperti ini dari hotel terkemuka. Grace yang menyelamatkan adalah SATU staf counter. Dia seorang MVP! Namanya Yessmi (tidak yakin apakah namanya benar) Dia mengenakan kaos biru, berdiri di sisi kanan saat menghadap resepsionis ketika kami check in pada tanggal 16 Mei. Dia sangat membantu dan mengganti kamar yang lebih bersih untuk kami dan membantu kami mencetak salinan paspor kami.

Kelebihan
- Lokasinya bagus. Tepat di seberang jalan dari Bellagio, di tengah Strip.
- hotel itu sendiri memiliki stasiun monorel
- arena permainan yang besar dan bagus dengan permainan-permainan baru yang cantik
- tepat di sebelah/di belakang Grand Bazaar, jadi ada banyak restoran di depan hotel
- terhubung ke Paris dengan jalan setapak dalam ruangan
Kekurangan
- antrean pendaftaran untuk check in/out sangat panjang. Saya menunggu selama satu jam untuk check in. Pengalaman yang gila dan terburuk.
- sikap resepsionisnya dapat diterima tetapi jelas bukan seperti resor. Mungkin bahkan lebih buruk daripada beberapa penginapan/motel bintang 2.
- dari pintu masuk ke lift kamar hotel, harus berjalan melalui kasino dengan banyak asap rokok. Itu berarti jika bepergian dengan anak-anak, mereka perlu menghirup asap rokok orang lain
- kamarnya standar, membosankan, dan tua. TV-nya besar dan baru
- Biaya resor $50 per hari sungguh tidak masuk akal dan tidak ada apa-apanya

First time in Vegas, stopped for 4 nights from Australia whilst heading to see family in USA.
Got an upgrade of suite as I mentioned it was my birthday.
Checkin was about 20 minutes in line but once it start at desk was smooth and efficient.
This Resort fee ($60) is just another way for Hotel to collect money. When asked what it was for I was told it’s for wifi, pool, gym and local calls.
I checked in at 4pm and pool closed from 5pm.
Got a refund for one day.
Suite was big but dusty. Mentioned to cleaner in morning after showing her areas thick with dust and she vacuumed. (Note: a free up-graded dust mean lowering of cleanliness).
Maintenance came to change AC filter.
Hotel gave me $75 meal voucher.
Hotel is bang on Strip.
Unless going to gamble/get drunk and party … the city of Vegas is expensive and disappointing .

Andrew is a ‘freelance’ driver and so much cheaper to hire.
Paid $31 from airport to hotel (8 minutes ride).
Andrew was $15.
He will also take you to food shops etc for $10 to save money if on budget and don’t want $20 burgers.

IT WAS A NICE STAY UNTIL I HAD A LOVELY 7:30AM WAKE-UP CALL BY VERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION NEXT TO MY ROOM INSIDE THE HOTEL. I NEEDED GOOD SLEEP FOR A BIG HIKE AND INSTEAD, I WAS SLEEP DEPRIVED AND JOLTED AWAKE, THINKING THERE WAS AN EARTHQUAKE. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION BY THE HOTEL TO LET ME AND PERHAPS OTHERS KNOW OF THIS. I GUESS NO ONE WOULD BOOK A ROOM IF THEY WERE PRE-WARNED. I WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN.

The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into gambling, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun.
The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three casinos connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of gambling, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!

of fresh air. While it is located a bit further
down the Strip, the free tram connecting to

Booked online a room for one night. We stayed at the 20th gl of the Sky Tower. The room was bigger than most other chain hotels. The check-in & car parking were at different buildings. Due to the surrounding one-way streets setup, it took us a while to figure out.
The room cost was separated into two portions, one paid to the booking agency (Trip.com) at reservation & the other to the Circus Circus at check-in. At checkout, the hotel receipt showed an increase of $2.20 to the original cost when we booked online. No reason was given to us for why. So if you book the room similarly to what we did, do pay attention to the cost variation!

TTamuWe just spent three nights at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas and I have very mixed feelings about our stay. On the plus side, the property itself is beautiful. The exterior, lobby, and common areas are impressive, with lots of decorative touches and fancy lighting. You can tell this used to be a true five-star resort. We also got a great rate on our room and, at face value, were very happy with it.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was our bathroom shower. On the second night, the shower stopped working properly — it wouldn’t turn fully on or off and was stuck at an uncomfortable lukewarm temperature. We discovered this late at night and had to stay up waiting for engineers to come repair it. They did fix it, and we were able to shower in the morning and go about our day. The next day, New Year’s Eve, we returned to the room after being out for about five hours and immediately heard a piercing squeal in the hallway. The sound was coming from our suite. When I opened the double doors to the bathroom, the room was filled with hot steam. It appeared that housekeeping had turned on the shower to clean and then couldn’t turn it off; it was blasting extremely hot water at full force. We had the same issue again: no one could stop it. Getting help the second time was difficult. There was a shift change and the hotel was clearly focused on New Year’s Eve festivities. With limited time to get ready, my husband and I ended up having to go shower in the spa (which, thankfully, was still open). By the time we got back, the shower had been fixed again, but the whole situation was a huge inconvenience and took a long time to resolve. Honestly, this room should not have been assigned to anyone given the state of the shower.
To the staff’s credit, everyone we interacted with was kind and tried to be as helpful as they could. No one was rude. Management did offer compensation for the trouble:
• One free night (which we accepted)
• Waived our resort fees (which we accepted)
• Complimentary breakfast (which we didn’t use)
However, our visit to the spa highlighted further maintenance issues:
• The steam rooms in both the men’s and women’s areas weren’t working at all.
• The women’s spa pool had only one working jet; the men’s side didn’t work at all.
• The water was more lukewarm than warm.
• I liked the sauna, but towels and flip-flops that were left there on my first visit were still there the next day, which made me question how often it’s cleaned.
• The shower in the sauna area was out of order, the bathrobes didn’t have matching ties, and the slippers in the women’s area were initially male-sized.
• Both the main outdoor pool and the hot tub were closed.
Given how many amenities were unavailable or not functioning, the $32.50 per night resort fee feels very steep.
There were also some basic room and building issues:
• A loose wooden board under the sink, barely held on by a screw, fell off and landed on my husband’s foot while he was getting ready.
• Many areas of the hotel, especially the guest room hallways and the walk from the parking garage to the lobby, smelled strongly of rotten eggs. It seemed like a sewage issue that someone tried to mask with heavy fragrance, which honestly made it worse.
Overall, this is a property with a lot of potential and a gorgeous exterior, and we appreciated the staff’s kindness and the attempt to make things right with a free night. But the maintenance problems, plumbing issues, spa disrepair, resort fee, and pervasive odor made our stay far less relaxing than we had hoped. With serious investment in repairs and upkeep, this could be an amazing hotel again—but right now, it falls short of what the Hilton name and resort fees suggest.

TTamuSaya tidak menemukan satu pun kekurangan di hotel ini. Lokasinya sangat strategis, tepat di luar kawasan The Strip. Anda bisa naik monorel dan menikmati pemandangan yang menakjubkan, terutama di malam hari. Monorel memiliki stasiun di hotel.
Pemesanan dan check-in mudah. Parkir mandiri 10 dolar per hari. Staf check-in ramah dan membantu. Bahkan, setiap staf sangat membantu.

TTamuOrleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.

TTamuSelf Check-in is fast and easy however there is some issue with my registered credit card which is not reflected during check-in, and this resulted in a long wait time as I was not notified of this issue until I personally checked with the hotel staff. Sealing between connecting rooms is not great as I can smell cigarettes smoke from the other room. Basic in-room amenities such as hand wash, shampoo and body wash are provided which is great. I like the location as it walkable to most attractions on the strip and it's situated between the 2 free tram stations.
