Fantastic! From the exceptional customer service at a 2:40AM check in, to the immaculate room and excellent location CitizenM was more than I could have asked for. More than anything, I needed a relaxing, stress free weekend and this hotel delivered in spades. My son said it was very Millennial, but I don’t know what he meant. My room was efficiently designed with all the comforts of home. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Lokasinya cukup bagus, tepat di kampus Universitas Boston. Mudah untuk berkeliling di segala aspek. Ada juga banyak pilihan makanan di dekatnya, yang sangat nyaman. Hanya saja hotelnya agak tua. Harganya relatif mahal mungkin karena lokasinya yang bagus dan perjalanan yang nyaman. Kereta bawah tanah tepat di depan pintu, dan staf hotel juga sangat ramah.

Good basic stay. Breakfast selection very limited but for $22, you can’t expect more. Housekeeping wasn’t very good. We ran out of soap/shower gel; I approached one housekeeper and they said “go ask the other guy who is responsible for your room”. Thr “other guy” wasn’t on floor at that time.

Right in the heart of the city, classic Bostonian restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff at reception and decent rooms. Nothing impressive but good place if you want to be in the city and still close to the airport (very easy to reach with the blue line). My pics are of nearby areas.

Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good.
Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this.
Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.

This hotel was very convenient from Logan. The one downside is parking, which, granted, is a nightmare in Boston in general. I jokingly said to my wife that parking would probably be $50 bucks. It was $62 dollars a night. You can park at another garage across the way and cross a couple lanes of highway and save $22, though. Crazy. Otherwise, great hotel.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

房間挺大的，兩張那個大床住得很舒服，衞生間設施也不錯，衣帽間很方便
電視可以付費看netflix等片，也有有線電視
唯一不足是，咖啡機很臟，裏面外面都是灰，需要洗一下再用，提供的一次性杯子和杯蓋上也都是灰
不知道是不是這間房間很久沒人住過了

TTamuWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

RRichardtimKamarnya besar dan dilengkapi dengan kulkas besar dan microwave. Satu-satunya hal yang membuatnya tidak nyaman adalah tempat tidurnya terlalu tinggi. Ada Starbucks di lantai pertama hotel, check-in ada di lantai dua, ada restoran dan minimarket. Layanan resepsionisnya sangat baik dan cepat. Kue khasnya lezat. Kecepatan check-outnya sangat cepat. Uang jaminan dikembalikan dalam hitungan detik. Penyimpanan barang bawaan di lantai pertama gratis. Jika harganya sama dengan Courtyard by Marriott di seberang jalan, maka ini jelas merupakan pilihan terbaik!

TTamuI got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

TTamuThe hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.
