SSourav DWe had nice stay. Hotel is closer to Chicago airport as well. Near by 7/11. Couldn’t try food there but over great experience. Will definitely visit again.

TTamuThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

TTamuBe careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members.
A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones.
We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending.

TTamuAccidentally booked this hotel during the Days of the Dead event that was going on at the hotel that weekend. So when I arrived I was surprised by many of the attendees, but some absolutely interest costumes and people were there. Even saw Alice Cooper and several stars of the current hit movie Terrifier hanging out in the lobbies and at the restaurant. This hotel is located across the street from the convention center and also the Rosemont Theater and close to O'Hare. That was my biggest problem, so many loud planes flying over (very closely) all through the night. My room was on the side next to the Rosemont Theater and their very bright sign was a little annoying, especially since the blinds don't close all the way to block off the light or help with sound reduction. As with most busy hotels, the unfortunate noises from other guests slamming doors or taking a shower is something I might expect at a lower name brand hotel - unfortunately these problems are present at this location too.
My room purchase came with free breakfast buffet at the restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. A wide variety of fresh fruits and standard breakfast foods, all laid out nicely and neat. I would hit this place up for breakfast anytime I am in that neighborhood.
Staff was friendly, took the hotel shuttle back to O'Hare. Has a decent size indoor pool and a couple of workout rooms, which I didn't use. Also had a Caddyshack themed bar and restaurant, food was also decent there.

需要提醒各位：選擇房間的時候，建議選擇不帶早餐的房間。所謂的帶早餐衹是給你一張20美金的券，去一樓的餐廳用餐，但，20美金沒辦法吃到一頓稱心如意的早餐，還需要給小費税費。關鍵是：含早和不含早的差價差不多可以訂一間不帶早餐的房了。酒店給出的解釋是：含早的價格是可以讓客户在入住前幾小時隨時取消預訂，僅僅是給了你取消預訂的權利而已。這是唯一入住不愉快的一點，入住5晚，花了近6000元買了這個早餐。攜程提供的解決方案雖然是杯水車薪，但，出門在外心情好比較重要，也就作罷。希望攜程今後能在產品明細上寫清各條款，也希望評論能幫助大家～

TTamuI was to pay 117 at check in per room. Hotel made me par 285 for something I didn’t have time to use which was tickets to attractions and that fee included a fee for checking out. ..49 a room for coupons snd 65 per room check out fee. Our car was too tall for the 85.00 a night parking but the garage at the corner only charged 58.00 a night. I wouldn’t recommend driving downtown Chicago unless you like being stressed out. I’m asking trip.com to reimburse the difference between the 117 and 185.

TTamuUpon check in, I was assigned a room & given keys. We opened the door only to find someone else was already occupying the room. Imagine the fear of the person in that room as we had keys that opened their room door. We had to bring all of our luggage back down to the front desk to get a new room assigned. I booked a king room but was given a room with double beds. When I contacted the front desk, the lady at the front desk was unprofessional and made no effort to address the issue. She told me the hotel is sold out of king rooms and for me to contact Trip.com because Trip.com is the one who booked a double room. The representative from Trip.com was very professional and apologetic and made attempts to rectify the situation. However the hotel did not answer the calls from Trip.com. The room we were assigned was ok. But the ac/heater unit in the room was full of dust. The pillow cases appeared clean but smelled as if it had not been changed between guests. I’ve stayed at numerous Hilton properties and am usually quite pleased. But we were quite disappointed with this Doubletree property.
