Very good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving. Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

Good Hotel & Good location. The concern in Reception during check in, the management should seperate walk-in booking and pre-booking. Because of that it’s delaying the process check in. Also the Management should seperate check in counter & check out counter also. The food for breakfast so limited choice. The Staffs in the cafe should be more alert when seeing the people entering the cafe & prepare the table immedietly . Not answering Back that table was well prepared well in fact is lacking in the preparation

The service staff is very considerate. They give me more mineral water every day according to my drinking amount. It is very interesting to see it every day when I enter the room. There is a big supermarket next to it, and there is also a Middle Eastern robe shop with high cost performance, which is very good. It is also convenient to take a taxi.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location with a view of Corniche. Lots of shopping choices nearby. Swimming pool was available and we were the only family who had good time in the pool, and in gym too. Basement parking is bit tricky. Overall good experience. Will visit once again in July.

Very nice business hotel conveniently located in middle of city. It is very nice experience though it’s new hotel trial for me as I travel frequently. Rooms are big, clean and very well designed. Must stay for business travelers!

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Manwan. You can see the sea and pet cats. You just need to pay attention to the route and find the overpass. The infrastructure is not as developed as in China, so it is a problem to cross the street to the other side. There are restaurants and local small supermarkets around the hotel. The room is very clean. I was lucky to get a free upgrade.

The hotel is extremely value for money. The staff are very good attitude. The breakfast is ok. So, if I have business trip in the city in future, I will continue picking this hotel. Excellent.

Overall it was a great experience apart from the food, not a lot of options in the buffet, and the staff told us we only paid for 1 breakfast even if it’s for 2. Room was neat and clean :)

Overall, I am quite satisfied. The bed is very comfortable, really comfortable. The softness and hardness are just right, and the sheets are very clean. The only drawback is that the window is too small and you have to keep the lights on all day. The swimming pool is beautiful.

We booked a king-size bed room, and seeing that we had two children, the front desk upgraded us to a one-bedroom apartment. I will stay there again next time I go to Dammam. Just turn left and cross the road and you will find Carrefour, which is convenient for shopping and cooking.
