TTamuClose to the bus station and great staff. We arrived early for check in and they gave us an available room as we were tired from our journey and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Good breakfast too. We enjoyed our time in Croatia.

AAnton26In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Nnikita kan1122the host is really nice. he will ask the time of your arrival, prepare everything and greet you at the arriving time. it is pretty close to the bus station and very easy to access to the city centre by tram

TTamuFirst things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly.
Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name )
It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel.
Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite.
Breakfast has many menus and tasty too.
Overall is perfect , one thing I don't like is the dimming lights.
If they have a brighter light, I will be so happy.

I particularly enjoyed the gym and the parking lot attached to the hotel. The daily rate of the parking lot is 15€.

YyingjiemeowThe hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. Lots of supermarkets around, so it’s easy to get snacks and fruits.

TTamuHilton is a famous hotel but i met the poor services :
1-I book 3 days hotel on Aug 9-12,2025. But i cancel booking on aug 6-9,2025 due to paper error and your sides has already cancelled on mid May.However, if you have any queries, you can discuss with me on the first day.But the hotel staff find me in the evening on the third day . How can i enough time to find and solve it. It maybe definitely effected my trip at that time.
2-No cleaning lady come to my room cleaning and tidy up at the second and third day.
3-I borrowed the computer adapter from the male reception staff in the evening but he said no. However, i can borrow from the female supervisor on next day.
Why???
This is my unhappy trip
