Food was great, but very little options if you can't do dairy. I wish I was alerted that there was going to be a cheerleading competition at the hotel and the studio because they got very annoying at the pool and at universal. Nobody warned us the park was closing at 6 due to grad bash, and they did nothing for us after purchasing tickets full price for literally 3 hours of enjoyment. The person on phone told me I could check in and get my hotel room as early as I want which ended up being a lie and costing us a lot of time we could have saved. We checked in our bags than got the wrong bags which costed us more time later again and frustration. I think for how much you're paying these should be considered if you're booking a hotel with them, but hopefully they can improve upon it. Otherwise great stay and thank god for the included express pass otherwise we would haven't gotten on many rides in. Staff was very nice and helpful except for some of the baggage people.

I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

This hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

Must give a good review! The room is really nice, the service attitude is not as bad as mentioned in the comment section, and the environment is also very good. The beach is almost deserted, but the scenery is okay even if it is not a private beach. Although there are fallen leaves in the swimming pool, it is not very dirty. My skin is very sensitive but it was fine after swimming. Someone will clean the mats around the pool in the morning. Highly recommended

The hotel is made with Ritz-Carlton. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday, which is much cheaper than other five-star hotels. Driving, valet parking 45 knives. I have to pay extra for the Internet, my mobile phone is often broken, and other devices are fine. The hotel beach is under maintenance and the experience is a lot worse. There is a small private beach left, and there are very few people. The swimming pool is big and the rest of the pool is not very big. The gym is quite big and there are very few people. There is also a jazz performance in the lobby at night.

The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things : - u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no . - their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see . - overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.
