Hotel Bintang 5 di Tuscany, Italia

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is the best, right in the center of the city, walking distance to all attractions. Only very short walk if you are going to use the train. The hotel staff are lovely, specially the Italian doorman. We had a nice welcome gift on arrival and was upgraded to a bigger room. Can't wait to be back

Tadinya saya mau menginap di Florence, tapi ternyata ada hotel di sebelah Menara Miring Pisa, baru sesampainya di Florence saya baru tahu cara pesan hotel di Pisa. Hotelnya bagus, di sebelah Pisa ada Laut Mediterania yang jaraknya hanya sepelemparan batu, saya tidak melihatnya karena tidak punya mobil dan tidak berani jalan-jalan. Saya memesannya selama dua hari, tetapi saya takut ketinggalan pesawat dan tinggal selama satu hari untuk melarikan diri. Melihat Menara Miring dari kejauhan adalah hal yang paling realistis.

La considerazioni da me effettuate si basano sulla mia esperienza personale e sul fatto che l'hotel si fregia di 5 stelle. Ecco i punti di forza della struttura: L'hotel si trova in Viale Italia, nella posizione migliore per accedere alle attrazioni cittadine. -La terrazza Mascagni è esattamente di fronte all'Hotel, basta attraversare la strada. -L'acquario è a 5 minuti a piedi -Gli storici Bagni Pancaldi sono di fronte all'hotel, a fianco della Terrazza Mascagni -L'Accademia Navale è a pochi passi -La fermata dell'Autobus è all'uscita dell'hotel -Numerose pizzerie, ristoranti, bar facilmente raggiungibili a piedi Le camere sono silenziose, confortevoli e pulite. La colazione è di buon livello, ma non eccezionale. Manca la cucina con preparazione al momento di uova, waffle e pancake e spremute fatte al momento. Il parcheggio interno, purtroppo è a pagamento (costoso), ma esternamente, su Viale Italia è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente. La piscina, ubicata al 5° piano dove troviamo anche il ristorante, è veramente piccolissima, ma offre una bella vista sul mare. Vediamo agli aspetti migliorabili: La costruzione è elegante ed imponente, ma meriterebbe più attenzione nella sua manutenzione: muri e soffitti scrostati possono essere notati. Nelle camere alcuni mobili sono danneggiati, alcune lampadine sono bruciate ed accessori come casseforti e lampade da letto non funzionano correttamente. La reception dispone di una sola persona che effettua check-in, check-out e risponde alle chiamate degli ospiti. Non esiste Concierge separata, non c'è Valet Parking, nessuno ti aiuta a scaricare i bagagli dalla macchina. Idem alla partenza, ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti per ricevere aiuto per portare i miei bagagli all'uscita. Insomma una certa carenza di servizio può essere facilmente notata. Per chi è abituato a servirsi di Hotel a 5 stelle in medio e ed estremo oriente, che offrono servizi superlativi, il paragone risulta impietoso. Il prezzo, comunque risulta accettabile, anche considerando i punti di forza sopra elencati. L'hotel è pertanto consigliabile.

The location is relatively remote and not a major scenic spot, but the breakfast and rooms are great. It is by the river and is conveniently located near the riverside attractions.

The best hotel we have stayed at. Its quiet luxury in terms of service - the hotel staff at all levels are down to earth and treat everyone equally and kindly and their service does leave you wanting for anything. It was worth every dollar. Paul, their head concierge, is beyond exceptional. Provided a lot of help with day trips and recommendations that we took and loved. They even helped with a car rental that was dropped and picked up at the hotel. And Paul also came and picked us up when the taxis were on strike for a night (so kind). The rooms are immaculate and extremely clean. They are beautifully decorated and spacious. The library is a cozy place to eat breakfast and read or have a quiet moment to yourself. and the grounds are beautifully kept. We also went during their shoulder season so it was quieter - not sure what summer might be like there I hope to definitely go back there.

因為前一站威尼斯瑞吉給我們留下極好的印象，以為佛羅倫薩瑞吉也一樣出色，但事與願違。連住三晚，第一晚淋浴到一半，開始流淚流鼻涕，眼睛漸漸難以睜開，打很多次噴嚏，應該是對什麼過敏了。離開浴室，稍微好轉，第二晚又繼續，比第一晚更加厲害，不知是不是我對浴室使用的清潔劑過敏，請客房服務員來對淋浴房進行沖洗，第三晚仍舊如此，都是洗澡到一半，開始涕淚不止，流淚到眼睛不能睜開，還好衹住三晚，離開佛羅倫薩，到了羅馬瑞吉，立刻症狀消失。

Bon accueil pour notre famille et notre chien. Bons services. Personnel très agréable. Bain source chaude très agréable au Spa. Délicieux petit déjeuner. Seul bémol, tarif élevé des boissons au bar de l’hôtel 15 euros), le Spritz, cocktail pourtant local.
