It felt like a bit of a letdown for a 4-star hotel. The rooms were very spacious and nice, but they didn't have basic things like disposable tissues, there was no trash can in the room (they have a coffee maker, but to throw away the capsules you have to go to the bathroom), no complementary water like you get in any lower quality hotel, no kits in the bathroom (like caps, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc.). We asked for toothbrushes in the lobby and they came without toothpaste, anyway...

Next to the Santiago Cathedral, the end of the pilgrimage route, you can put down your hiking bag and change your clothes to go shopping. It's so convenient. The rooms are American style and very good. The only thing is that I can't get used to the breakfast there.

Hotel location is good, 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus station, no more than 10 minutes walk from the old town. There are supermarkets and restaurants on the side. The room is very large and the bathroom is large. The facilities in the room and bathroom are very good. Unfortunately, there is no kettle in the room. Recommended!

The food in La Cluña is really very good. The hotel is a veteran four-star in the town. I live in a suite. The room is very big. Because it is late in the evening, I am not happy to go out to find a restaurant and have dinner at the hotel. There is no one in the restaurant, the food in the restaurant is very good.

The top ten best hotel complexes in Spain have the best quality of facilities, furniture, underwear, etc. This is a real gem, and your property and employees have ”responsibility and obligations” to move on. a very nice and cozy hotel Fall in love with it at first sight. The staff was very nice too. Introduced everything we need know for our few days' trip in Santiago. Only 10 to 15 mins away from Cathedral.
