The hotel is nice and 5 stars level, the room I booked is excellent and the viw is good too. A little walking distance to sightseeing place , very worty about cp value and I recommend this hotel to you all,

Had a wonderful 3 nights staying at this luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had so much choice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy and modern with a great view. The location was very good. The spa was beautiful and a highlight of the stay. It felt truly 5 star and I would stay here again.

Room was good and the hotel reception staff very kind. On the restaurant side service was very slow and not the best but overall nice experience, not 5 star level but 4. The corner suite had good views overall and the lounge was okay, like a modest airport lounge.

It is not a 5 star hotel. Since January it is a 4 star hotel. But for this service I would only give 3 stars. First the room was too small, tiny. There was no room to put my suitcase on the floor. The furniture was old, scratched and some corners were broken. The sliding door of the closet didn't work. We had no shower gel. Everything was cheap. Tubes of shampoo, conditioner and etc. - only 1 for 2 people. I had to ask for them to give me more. Breakfast was more than modest. Not a big selection. There is only one person at reception during the day. No more staff. I had to carry my heavy suitcase up 6 or 7 steps to the elevator myself. There is nothing in the hotel - no sauna, swimming pool etc. The restaurant was only for breakfast. No free airport transfer. Only plus - proximity to the old town.

- The hotel is uniquely located in the old town in the city center, next to the main square and the Christmas market. Very convenient; 🏠 - The facilities are in classic style, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration is classic. The room with large bathtub and city view is spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool downstairs is small but exquisite and cute. The sauna and steam bath are excellent. This is the highlight of the hotel; it is worth recommending! 👍🤠

Out of service, I feel the service that the five-star hotel should have. The room said that it was upgraded for us, but in the room directly above the front door of the hotel, facing the opposite school, I feel that it is better to face the garden. Hotel breakfast is awesome, it is a single point plus self-service form, persuading the appetite is small and less, otherwise it can't be eaten, the self-service bread cake is super delicious, because I can't finish the time and pack it away. The hotel also has a private sauna, you can experience it and make an appointment in advance at the front desk. It took about 5 to 6 Euros to take a taxi from the terminal, and it will arrive in 10 minutes. The hotel is out of the old city center, and it is enough to stay in the old town for one night.
