The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.

What a wonderful homestay! Run by Mother & son, friendly, helpful people. Pictures taken with the mother and son. Chen wae always helpful organised pick up from train station and drove us to Ge Xiang Gu ( of course we paid him) 10 minutes drive to Wang Xiang Gu. There is a nice little restaurant that serves home cooked food 20 steps from the homestay. Recommend to anyone going to Wang Xiang Gu! 👍🥰🥰🥰

The receptionist was super kind; we got an upgrade free of charge. The room was good. In particular, I like the room very much: spacious, very clean and well-lit. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a good value for money.

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. I recently stayed at Huan Xiu Homestay and had a wonderful experience. The inn’s serene setting and blend of traditional and modern decor made for a peaceful retreat. My room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent, offering both relaxation and cultural experiences. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent hospitality and helpful local tips. The breakfast experience was superb, with delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Huan Xiu Inn and highly recommend it.

The environment is very good. It is convenient to go around in the Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Area. The Taoxichuan building complex is well designed, with different features during the day and at night. Many people take photos, which makes it easy to produce photos. The night market usually sets up stalls in the evening and is very lively at night. The hotel is clean and the service is good. The front desk waiter will patiently answer questions about Jingdezhen. The hotel breakfast is very rich, which is good compared to the hotel star and room rate. Holidays are much more expensive than usual, and early booking is cheaper. The disadvantage is that after holidays, there are more people, and the breakfast room cannot accommodate after 8:15, and they will be transferred to the next room; although the waiter will say that the dishes are the same, they are definitely different in fact. There are fewer dishes, sliced ​​bread (but no oven), and French fries and popcorn are easy to get damp under the air-conditioning wind.

Wangxian Valley is a beautiful and brilliant fairyland. It is a quaint mountain town during the day and turns into a mountain elf at night. The spiritual light all over the mountains and fields is dotted on the walls, eaves, buildings, and street lights of thousands of households. It creates a light landscape and forms a huge city that never sleeps. It is so beautiful and amazing. 👍🏻

We only stayed at this hotel for a transit as we were visiting Wangxiangu the next day. However we found that this hotel is amazing! upon our arrival they upgraded our room and then our TV wasn't working properly and as an apology they upgraded our room again to a huge suite. The staff were extremely kind and helpful!

Service: 1.🅿️——The hotel was overcrowded during the National Day holiday, and the hotel reserved parking spaces for guests staying in the hotel to park in the nearest parking lot🅿️, which is particularly good! 2. Front desk——very enthusiastic and patient to explain the location, how to play, and carefully hand-marked the map. The front desk lady is called Chen Sisi! 3. The restaurant is really average, the richness of the dishes meets the hotel standards, but it is a bit helpless to share a table due to overcrowding. Just wonderful place. Come there 3rd time and it always just perfect. Staff exceptionally friendly and very professional, all questions solved just on the fly. The breakfast rich and tasty. Swimming pool just amazing place to rest after long trail in mountains. Strongly recommended for those who wants to explore SanQing mountains and do that in relaxed way during vacation.

The hotel I stayed in during this trip was really great! The room was very cozy and the lighting was just right, making me feel very relaxed. The toiletries in the bathroom were not only complete, but also smelled good. The next day I went to have breakfast, which was very rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and tasted pretty good. When I checked out, Xiaodang also gave me a New Year gift very considerately, and the service was very thoughtful.

The owner is very friendly. We booked one family room and one deluxe room, they upgraded our deluxe room to a family room. Around the inn there are restaurant and taste so good. We got free shuttle service to Wangxian Valley. The owner can also arrange pick-up and drop-off from Shangrao train station.

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

The boss is very warm-hearted. It is very important to meet a good boss when staying in a B&B. We couldn't get to the highway on the first day due to traffic jam, so we slept in the service area. Family of 6 with 2 children and a young baby. The resort grows on you. I say resort as it's not a conventional hotel as such. Its designed and styled as a mosaic of accommodation types spread out amongst the large grounds, or Scenic Area, as its markted. This was confusing and after a long journey to reach the 'hotel', we had to first check in at a enormous building which is also the public entrance for day visitors to the resorts attractions. Our taxi from the station (which declined to use the meter, ¥20, dropped us on the main road and not at the entrance. Not great with our excessive luggage. We were then transported on extended golf buggy style vehicles to what was the opposite end of the resort. The accommodation was very comfortable and well designed. The only fault is the long walks to the facilities such as breakfast (in another hotels restaurant). That said, you can call for a buggy pick up. On check in we were informed the large water park was not open until later in the season. Too cold apparently, despite being in the high 20c's. A lit of the resort appears to be in state of construction with empty shells of buildings scattered about. By the end of the 4 nights, we warmed up, literally, to the style of resort, the colourful scenery and facilities, those which were open. It's a bit far put of the centre of Wuyuan, though there is nothing too exciting to see in the city centre.
