The car was a small Fiat 500, and the problem was sagging rear shock absorbers (springs). It wouldn't have been so noticeable for one person, but there were four of us plus carry-on luggage. This caused inconvenience when turning and driving over potholes, etc. On uneven surfaces, we had to slow down to 20 km/h, for example, when driving over a speed bump. There were also some issues with the interior, including the driver's seat backrest adjustment. Otherwise, the car is not bad overall; it hasn't let us down, with a mileage of 2,600 km in 15 days. We rented the car without a deposit. They photographed and videotaped the entire trip; there was no formal document, only photos. They asked for a deposit, but we refused, citing a reservation. They immediately agreed and didn't demand it. We dropped the car off in the parking lot and put the key in the wheel. They also took video and photos of the car and sent them to the rental company. Overall, the impression was good. There were no problems. I recommend this company. But I also recommend booking ahead and letting them know how many people there are and what their weight is.
