We had a very good experience here. We rented a family room which was spacious and very comfortable for three of us. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. A short walk across the street leads to a big beach and we rarely saw people there. The breakfast was also good and the free bikes were great to use for going into the village. We will absolutely recommend this place to friends in the future and would not hesitate to go back there again.

This hotel is well worth the price. The room was quite big and clean and there was a great balcony with a lovely view over Trang. It is located a little bit outside of the centre of town, but still right in the middle of lots of shops.

Very, very expensive for this hotel. Definitely not a 4 star. Bed covers were ripped, bathroom shower had mould, the door frames were rotted away. Very dated and old. Beds were not that comfortable either. Room was very poor. It is not good value for money. I paid ฿2,000 per night, and it’s probably worth ฿700 per night maximum. Not impressed at all.

Re booked this places as it was a very comfortable stay We loved the stay The Reception staff are very polite and helpful And there are many good night market and malls to go around other then the adventure trips in Trang city

Very good, clean room, good atmosphere, very good service from the staff and polite.

The boss is very enthusiastic. The hotel supports motorcycle rental services, 250 baht a day, the price is reasonable, and the room is equipped with 🈶 mosquito repellent lamps, which I like very much.

The room was nice and clean. There was also independent wifi with very fast speed. There was also a Chinese restaurant nearby with a Hebei chef who cooked very good dishes and was very welcoming.

Very convenient, the room is very spacious, there is a lot of space for the children to run around. Overall, I like it.

The staff was friendly and did not overcharge for anything. Their restaurant was also delicious, with a nice set up for dinner. The location perfect, not too far from the pier. Some common areas need some maintainable, it is true, but nothing too bad ;)

Very good, clean room, good atmosphere, very good service from the staff and polite.

This is my third stay. I am very satisfied with the toilet, towels, sheets and trash cans because they are very clean. The room is very comfortable. There is space outside the room, where two chairs are placed for you to enjoy the view. There is also a wash basin outside for easy washing! This time I found that many equipments have been updated, including the kettle, towels and toilet. Most importantly, it is very quiet here, which made me feel comfortable for a few nights. The room price is not high, and the extra bed is only 250bth, which is very satisfactory.

Good location, near the market, just walk across the street. In the morning, there are many restaurants near the accommodation selling food. There is a minimart, very convenient.... The room has very cold air conditioning, comfortable bed, strong water flow, satisfying shower. The morning view from the room is beautiful. Note: The towels this time have a musty smell like the towels were not dried.

I stayed here on my way to and from Krabi. I only made a reservation when I went there, but I stayed there so comfortably that I made another reservation when I came back. The staff were also very friendly. The room I booked, 206, was the cheapest, but it's in the center where everyone goes up and down, so if you're sensitive to noise, it might be better to avoid it. They sell beer, drinks, snacks, ramen, etc. cheaply in the lobby, and coffee and hot chocolate are provided for free. It's easy to access the center, so you can have it delivered by Grab and eat it on the first floor. I had a great stay at Nara Residence♡

The hotel is located on the wonderful island of Kradan. Many people are brought here on excursions to the reef, which is accessible from the beach. Those. For swimming on the island, the tides are critical. The beach here has excellent clean sand, but only in high water. The island itself is quite expensive and you need to understand this when evaluating hotels. This hotel has a lot of accommodation options, from relatively cheap to expensive. All Kradan hotels are located on this side of the island, the Mali resort is the last one from the pier. Those. There are fewer people here than ever. On the other hand, it’s almost a kilometer along the beach to get to the pier (some hotels block the passage through their territory). A small modern rubber boat takes you from the pier to the hotel free of charge, with the name of the hotel on its side. It would be nice if the hotel sent a welcome letter explaining this point. We booked the cheapest room, it is the farthest from the reception, but on the border with the neighboring hotel, where the restaurant is praised (it, unfortunately, did not work). The room is not cramped, in a small building of 3 rooms. Its advantage is a large covered veranda, which provides good protection from the sun and rain. The room has everything you need - quiet air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer. The shower room is spacious, but the water temperature was poorly regulated, the water was either cool or too hot, we were unable to adjust it. There is a problem with the toilet flushing; apparently there are problems in the sewer system and the water does not always drain well. Once I smelled mustiness and mold in the room; the room needed to be ventilated so that it would go away. There were few mosquitoes, but mosquito repellents are still desirable. Based on the reviews, I expected the worst, the room is very good and the shortcomings are not so critical. Breakfast is quite modest, there are almost no ready-made dishes, you can order scrambled eggs with whatever you like. Cold cuts. There is plenty of fruit, but no fresh vegetables. The restaurant in the hotel is a little expensive by local standards, we went to other hotels.

I have been to this resort 3times. Previously I stayed in beachfront family room. I am super satisfied with the room. Just this time I stayed in a standard beachfront room. The bed is comfy, everything as good as previously except the bathroom is sticky. The grout is not properly cleaned. I don't feel comfortable to shower in there. Other than that the breakfast has super limited choices. 😔 I checked out from the hotel with unsatisfied feeling. Anyway, just a tip not to go koh mook during low season - jun-oct because not many choices for outside restaurant.

Wonderful place! I didn’t like everything about the hotel, unfortunately, now in more detail - check-in is quick. On the day of departure there was no TV, no water, no water at all, the staff apparently was not prepared, they had no water in stock, for example, in a bucket to flush the toilet. Not to mention washing your hair. No one offered or cared about the guests.. Further, the hotel has as many as Two! kayak, one with holes, the second, supposedly intact, they took it for a ride, it turned out to be not entirely intact either... but they stubbornly take money, 100 baht for 1 hour. The kayaks are dirty; they rent them to people with garbage, water and sand inside. .. They asked for cleaning of the rooms themselves, to at least empty the trash cans and change the towels. One day we asked all day long to change the towel, everyone answered later, in the evening, and when they arrived late in the evening, they gave us towels, well, as they gave us, they were just lying next to the reception desk... Towels for the face and body... , the towels themselves were stained with brilliant green (apparently they were poorly washed from the previous guest), the sheets were also stained, by the way, the bed was not changed, during cleaning they simply did the cleaning with a broom and mop... In short, the staff are unhinged, sitting on their phones or scratching their tongues, a little unpleasant.. The kitchen is very dirty, we didn’t eat there. The janitors know their job, they clean and look after the area. Next - Dogs, they just don’t care, Nobody drives them away, well, apparently these are sacred animals, with fleas... They will lie down at the door of your room or by the pool, and wait for something.. By the way, regarding insects, usually in hotels take care of their guests, hang mosquito traps or light stinkers. This is not even close here.. Bring everything with you or you can buy it there in the store... The mullah sings three times a day, right here next to him with a megaphone, in the morning it’s early at 5 - 5.30, then the dog starts howling very loudly... Just kick-ass!!! If you do not strive for perfection in service, then you can book. If you are looking for cleanliness, the smell of Thailand from fresh sheets, care from your host, then this is not the hotel and it is not worth spending the money.

My parents really like it. The nearby restaurants are delicious. Sitting by the sea, the atmosphere is very good, quiet and very chill. The staff also pays attention to details. When they saw that my mother had leg pain, they changed the room to the lower floor for her. 🩷🩷❤️❤️❤️ I recommend you to come and stay.

The positives ... Room nice and spacious and nice balcony and view of sea, but bed was so hard, and was a small double , we had to complain, they did change it for us, sounds very petty , but we stayed in other 5 other hotels on this visit , and never encountered a problem before. when arrived water pressure from shower was so weak, after talking to the lovely man on reception, (best member of staff on whole complex) they did sort, but tap on sink still just a dribble, but sadly the room was not cleaned well, dirty socks left behind bench/curtain, dust everywhere , bits left under bed. ... The pool area is lovely and relaxing view amazing over infinity pool. Sadly shower from beach so covered in sand, that after using actually have more sand on you than before, so lots of people putting sand into pool. The property has the potential to be excellent, but feel management are letting it down, quality of food at breakfast was the worse we had in all Thailand, we stayed at several hotels during this trip, and this was just bad and lazy , and it was not down to it being a small island, there is plenty available , in local restaurants and quality of food and what was available was excellent. no fresh fruit juice , just squash, just sugar no fruit, inedible, no fresh coffee available just instant, we asked and they said not possible. everything cold ,you have to put everything through toaster , no pastries , no poached eggs , just cold fried eggs, pancakes , awful french toast, all in metal tins prepared long before, you could order omelette, but came with degusting burger cheese cut up on top. (very poor quality) they are really cutting corners, most people that stayed when we did were bringing own fruit and condiments to breakfast , gardens could be beautiful , but gardeners just sweeping leaves , no maintenance, beach beds old and hard wood, not mattresses, all in all if I ever returned would opt for no breakfast and go to local restaurants, insist on proper king size bed, and make them thoroughly clean room .

Stayed for 1 night! The rooms are simple! The hotel is friendly, there is a feeling that it is like one big family)))) the manager is cool! I recommend. Kardan is a super secluded place! Cool island!

The room is on the 2nd floor. In the middle of the afternoon it is quite hot. The water flows well. But there is still no hair dryer drive. Guests washing their hair may need to prepare their own.

I am very satisfied, the bedding is clean, the style is more Thai, people with high requirements for accommodation, not recommended, but I think it is very good.
