Hotel Dengan Area Parkir di Mongolia Dalam, China

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan besar dan beragam restoran. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan objek wisata terkenal Hohhot, seperti Kuil Jokhang, Jalan Tua Saishang, dan Gang Kuan. Hotel ini menawarkan sarapan prasmanan yang kaya, lobi yang terang dan luas, kamar-kamar yang bersih, tempat tidur berkualitas tinggi, fasilitas yang memadai, dan staf yang sangat membantu. Very good hotel in Manzhouli. Excellent location, reasonable price and very clean. The staff at the hotel are also very polite and helpful. The lady at the reception was also very nice and gave out information as needed. Highly recommend.

This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is excellent ,I can't find any flaws. So far, it's been the best stay I've had. The room was clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was a delightful .I especially loved the design of the separate toilet and basin, which meant I didn’t have to wait for someone else to finish. I’ll definitely return to Atour Hotel for my next trip .

It's in a good location nearby city center and train station. I spent a day to sit on the train the next morning. It was so clean and warm service. I didn't know the address and asked the stuff and my chinese is bad they helped a lot.
