We really enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Suavarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The hotel is the best choice for us to stay after long haul flight from Sydney with connecting flight to other city in the morning. Airport Rep at SVB airport is very helpful and efficient. Check in process is fast and no hassles. Security service is seamless and professional. The only comment for the front desk to do better is sense of hospitality. We came to ask for delivery service around the hotel as we want to order some medicine. They just point us to 7-11 next to the hotel without asking or extending us assistance. They could do better in providing warm gestures.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained — cleanliness was excellent. Service and amenities were also good, with friendly staff and useful facilities. The location isn’t great if you’re planning to explore the city, but it’s very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is super convenient for transit stays. Overall, a pleasant experience for families, especially if you value comfort and cleanliness.
A lovely hotel with a nice compact room . It is located quite far away from Sukhumvit main road and BTS station, so you might have to take a motor bike from there. Nice compact room with full amenities in room no matter bathrobe, iron & iron board, kitchen utensile set , hair dryer . Good WIFI with also smart android TV. Comfy bed with excellent clealiness. A beaufiful lobby with warm welcome from helpful front desk staff
The staffs are very good, smiling and cheerful, taking care of customers very much. The food is also very delicious. The room is very clean.
Very good👍
Perfect stay!!! I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Wellness Hotel. Perfect location for those who wish not to be bothered by the ‘hustle and bustle’ of Bangkok city crowdedness and traffic jams. The hotel is well positioned on the outskirts of inner Bangkok allowing you to hop on the BTS (Bearing) to take care of business then out of the madness to quiet and serenity. Its a hotel with a small physical therapy/hospital in the middle of it.

AAndrea PerettoThe deposit has been cashed and locked for 7 working days after the check out , sending email to the bank ! unceptable!
Considering all the guests how much money with this system are they getting in interests from the bank every year ?
This is not common practice and probably not legal !
GGuest UserGreat layover / transit hotel and cheap for the quality, highly recommend and they have their own hourly bus shuttle back to the airport for just 120 Baht
GGuest UserExcellent value. Delicious breakfast was convenient due to the remote location. Perfect for a 1 night stay next to the airport. No kitchen facilities. Good view at night. Efficient reception. No deposit required but if you book in-person, there’s a 10% card surcharge
YYanyongqianI do not forget this hotel easily because the hotel itself has excellent fengshui and it brings luck to all staff and miracles to plane-spotters like me. I am surprised to witness Ethiopian Cargo's inaugural flight from Liege to Suvarnabhumi and inaugural flight from Suvarnabhumi to Anchorage on the rooftop pool area as well as Kenya Airways' wildlife-themed Dreamliner livery on 8 April 2025. Good news to customers that book the rooms without meals: The hotel restaurant King Kaeo Coffeeshop has reduced cost of breakfast from 290 Baht to 250 Baht per guest after the 28 March earthquake.
GGuest UserThis hotel was fine, the cleanliness was fantastic, and the pool was decent.
+ staff were polite and welcoming
mini-fridge in room, small balcony, regular housekeeping service
It was easy to have guests here
- non-refundable policy locked me and I regretted staying here
location is terrible, cabs won't pick you up, and no shuttle service
main floor and elevator have no AC, so its hot inside the hotel
This hotel was alright, but not as nice as I expected
the cafe was overpriced and not so good
GGuest UserWe took a hotel room for one night before flying to Russia. From the airport 20-25 minutes. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. I ordered a taxi, but the taxi driver called and started speaking Thai, so at the reception they helped us explain where to go. Just great! There is a large shopping center nearby. You can get to it from the hotel from a public transport stop or by taxi. Everything is clean in the room, there is a microwave and a sink to wash vegetables and other products. There are disposable slippers, which is convenient. The planes did not interfere with sleep and rest.
AAnonymous UserI stayed at Blue Sky Residence Airport and was generally satisfied with my stay. It is a good option for a short stopover near the airport, but you can also stay longer as the property is spacious, and there are sun loungers by the pool where you can relax.
Pros:
- Cleanliness and comfort. The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. Housekeeping was done regularly, which added to the overall comfort.
- Pool and relaxation area. There is a small, well-maintained pool on-site, with sun loungers nearby where guests can unwind. This is a good option for those who want to spend time outdoors without leaving the hotel.
- Staff. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful, though at times, responses took a little longer.
Cons:
- Location. The hotel is somewhat far from the city center, so getting around without a taxi or your own transport might be inconvenient. However, for those looking for accommodation near the airport, this could be an advantage.
- Wi-Fi. The internet was available but sometimes unstable. If you need a reliable connection, it's best to have an alternative, such as mobile data.
Overall, this hotel is a good choice for transit passengers as well as for those who want to spend a few days in a quiet environment. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and there is a nice pool area to relax. However, for a longer stay, it's worth considering the location and potential Wi-Fi issues.

AAmhithertoUpon arrival, we were greeted by the staff, and the check-in process was quick and efficient, taking less than 5 minutes.
I had booked a double bed, but to my disappointment, we were given a twin-bed room instead. This meant my partner and I had to sleep separately. Despite this, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room came with a balcony and a bathtub, which were nice touches.
One major letdown was the lack of advertised facilities. Contrary to what was described on Trip.com, the hotel does not have a pool, gym, or fitness facilities. This was quite disappointing, as we had chosen the hotel partially based on these features. On the bright side, the hotel location made it easy to explore nearby night markets and restaurants within walking distance.
The front desk staff were pleasant and polite. Although some could only communicate in Thai, they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay more enjoyable.
For the price, the hotel met most of my expectations. The quality of service and the comfortable room made up for the shortcomings in facilities.
Overall, our stay at Clef Hotel was pleasant. The combination of good service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location made it a decent choice. However, I would advise future guests to verify the available amenities beforehand.
