Great hotel. Clean, friendly staff and great service. Love staying there. Only difficulty is no eateries around so either get on a cab or drive out or order within the hotel.

Arrival was late in evening and airport pick up was very much appreciated . 24 hour room service also convenient and efficient . Had a delightful Caesar Salad and the reasonable price of 50PGK ($14USD). Fresh lettuce and good freshly cooked bacon pieces. Alarm set for 5am by hotel and again transport to the airport. Bath great with plenty hot water and beds very comfortable .Pleasant staff and helpful with quick response to tv query and Porter to room on arrival . Would stay again and definitely recommend for other travelers . Restaurant open till 10pm .

Better Options for food required in the Upstairs bar as it was overpriced and poor quality. Also some incentive to eat at the Restaurant as a Hotel guest. Better transport options would encourage more stays with available shuttle trips to other places and areas would make it easier . All staff most helpful . Perhaps have the bar open in the gaming room and make it more appealing

The hotel environment is comfortable and  clean.  staff service attitude is attentive ,  active and enthusiastic.  The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality and  tastes good, which is beyond my expectation. The most important thing is that the price consumption is also reasonable.

Hilton is the best hotel in the area, and the security is very serious and reassuring. The breakfast is rich and is said to be the best buffet breakfast in the area. In comparison, the buffet dinner is slightly inferior. The hotel has complete fitness facilities. The area is not large but the atmosphere is very good. There are many guests exercising in the morning, which makes it lively. The swimming pool is average and is located outside the building. The accommodation area is normal and clean. The hotel is only ten minutes away from the airport, and there is a free pick-up service. Just book in advance.

The hotel is mainly cleaners who are too lazy. At the beginning, they cleaned up the room and did not give better bath towels. Later, it was impossible to clean the house for two or three days. On several occasions, the two bottles of free water prepared in the room were not given. In short, the service is not good. If the hotel is a Samsung hotel or below, it is still OK. If it is a four-star hotel, it is not a good hotel. In the photo below, there is a towel for two bath towels and a towel when you first check in. Isn't it two towels? In addition, the hotel's meals are expensive, and there are not many styles
