Hotel Dengan sarapan di Durango, Meksiko

Excelente servicio, atención muy amable, rápida y oportuna, buena comida, fallo un elevador por lo cual algunas veces era muy tardado esperar el único elevador que servía y al momento que hacen la limpieza del cuarto las tarjetas llave se bloquean y hay que bajar hasta recepción a activarla de nuevo para poder abrir la puerta de la habitación lo cual es un poco molesto, de ahí en más todo es muy bueno, excelente atención, felicidades

Was perfect

This is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night.
