Very good. The facilities are sufficient. It is not possible, however, in a 5-star hotel, for the TV to be 25 inch HDready (i.e. 20 years old). Also the carpet on the floor must not have been changed since it was built.Also the entry card to the room was demagnetized twice within 24 hours.

Excellent service, but I suggest you rethink the spa pool policy in the low season. The outside pool was closed for the winter, and no point in booking a more expensive room with an attached private pool (unheated), which leaves the downstairs spa pool. Charging guests to use this for 45-minute sessions meant the pool was empty and unavailable for a spontaneous dip. Perhaps instead, you can allow a limited number of guests to use the pool at any one time. Location: There's a well-lit path into town, but it's a LONG walk. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a taxi. Breakfast was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive.

The hotel front desk is very capable of solving problems. Due to the time difference, our reservation date was wrong, and the kind front desk guy quickly helped solve the problem.

We had a great time, wish we could have stayed more! Definitely coming back, very clean, breakfast and dinner buffet options were good and the service was really good.

Excellent view, facing the sea, the castle in the middle was a prison before, and now it is a hotel. The reception was particularly warm. I saw a few rooms and chose this one. The breakfast was very simple and was delivered for free. The location was very good. The downstairs was the seaside and the view was very good. This town is very beautiful, the hotel and the homestay are also very beautiful; the ruins on the top of the mountain are also very good!

The location is very good, just on the edge of the Constitution Square, downstairs is the orange shop, the second floor and the third floor are rooms, the house is an old house, but the decoration is very new and modern, and the quality taste is online, the minibar is good, the linen is very comfortable, I looked at the full set of Greek local big brand COCO- MAT. Breakfast is a menu of choice, the number is not bad, Nafplio is rich in oranges, orange juice is delicious. We stayed at the B&B for the first time. This B&B subverted our impression of the B&B. Especially the linen can be said to be amazing. Generally speaking, if there is no high demand for breakfast, the standard of this B&B exceeds that of many international brand chain business hotels. Basically, it can reach the four-star level. In addition, because it is in the center of the old city, the small street next to the apartment cannot be parked. The car needs to be parked in the port parking lot or a slightly larger roadside parking space nearby (no charge for parking in the old city), but it is not too far to take the box, which is more convenient than most B&Bs on the hillside. (Ps: Apartment has elevator) In addition, if the budget is sufficient, Nafplio has a very good hotel Nafplio Palace Hotel, when we booked, we saw an evaluation that it was not convenient to eat far from the old city. The hotel was amazingly well located. Very good restaurants at a walkable distance. The view over the Sea was astonishing. I strongly suggest this hotel if you are touring around.

I booked a family suite for four people and charged me 40 euros for the headcount of my family members. I didn't understand two slippers. I had to translate it to her. It was very small.

The hotel have a great view and location. I can just walk to the Nafplio Bus station, Fortress Akronopilia even to the port. The breakfast was great with varain vegan choice too. The staffs friendly and helpful as they can.

Great studios with balconies and large rooms, clean, nice pool and quiet. It's slightly out of town, 5 minutes drive into the centre but plenty of taxis around. Supermarket close by. Great host, very helpful and friendly.

I will rate the place as 5 stars it says it is... In the short time we stayed there we had two encounters with two large red cockroaches on our welcome porch, thrown things behind the rooms, the bathrooms in the pool, the women's, were broken, so you had to go to the room every time, every now and then we had a program with speakers disturbing the peace, so that the French could have a good time, ignoring the rest.. the step in one part of the pool was taped for two days you couldn't use where I found the missing piece in the pool and gave it to them to fix... before an accident happens, cleaning pool outside with pressure machine 10:30am with all the people inside plus little kids bathing and all the dirt and grime getting into the pool and floating around for several hours...thankfully after bathers yelling to stop. .., the umbrellas to discipline us and they in turn not to open because most of them are rusty and torn.... It certainly doesn't resemble a 5-star hotel, especially at the price that was on offer.... The staff is very kind!!!! Too bad

Surprisingly good, the breakfast was very rich, the surroundings were very quiet, very suitable for a long trip to Athens.
