Good - Front desk were polite and helpful and helped us restock on tea and toilet roll Average - Room was OK, cleanish but a closer look the mattresses and other spots were very unclean. Outside windows haven't been cleaned in a while either. Bad - The room design had a weird AI pic as wallpaper. No plug in bathtub so shower was only option. The bed was supposed to be king yet it was 2 small mattresses on a king size base. Very uncomfortable trying to sleep when they keep sliding apart. The room we were in (109) was directly above a pub and there's no sound proofing, you can hear Cheryl's bad karaoke version of gimme a man at 2am like you're there in the room with her. Overall - We didn't pay much so not too fussed but the staff were great but the company needs to clean, repair and make vast improvements to the rooms like getting the right size mattress would be a start.

The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

Have previously stayed in this hotel several times. We paid for a late check out but ended up having housekeeping knocking on our door and attempting to enter at 10am anyway 🙄. Our tv wasn’t working which go fixed quite promptly in fairness, our bed was rock hard though that we both woke up with sore backs. Not our usual standard of stay.

Excellent location for a visit to Albert Dock and to the city centre for shopping. Staff are professional ,friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere and very clean. The onsite parking is a definite 5 stars plus. Thank you Ibis Liverpool you made my stay very special.

Hotel was a little run down and the rooms were only to be expected for being around 150+ year old hotel, the bathroom was a little updated and pleasant. The lifts were very bad and non responsive, had to walk down the stairs which is not ideal if we had mobility issues, the breakfast was, Well let's just say Avoid!! Customer service was a little bit patronising to say the least. All in all probably a 3/10 if being kind.

He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

This hotel was excellent! Ideally situated for the M and S Arena, the Albert Dock and Liverpool 1 shopping area. It is literally 15 mins walk from Lime Street Station. Check in was done online and key was ready to collect via a machine in the foyer. I'm not 100% keen on this as I do like the personal contact with the reception. Had to go there to ask for breakfast details so in future would probably just check in there anyhow, but the option is there if you prefer that. The room on the 4th floor was really nice, clean and comfortable. Slight grumbles were regarding the bed being a bid hard and the small shelf, rather than a table in front of the mirror. Breakfasts were excellent, a very wide range of good quality choices. The lounge and dining areas were very clean, modern and well designed. All staff were very pleasant. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. It was excellent value in comparison to others we have visited in the city in the past. Will definitely be back! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Liverpool, and a huge part of that was thanks to Fayne, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. We arrived four hours before check-in to drop off our luggage, but Fayne kindly checked us in early—completely free of charge. This thoughtful gesture made such a difference after a long journey. On the day we checked out, she allowed us to store our luggage for longer so we could explore the city until our train time. When we returned to collect it, Fayne even offered us complimentary tea and coffee, which was such a kind and welcoming touch. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, but the staff, especially Fayne, truly made our stay memorable. Her warmth and helpfulness set a high standard for hospitality. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool!

It's centrally located. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets are clean. However, the bathrooms could be cleaned more carefully. The rooms are newly renovated, so there are some shortcomings. The staff is friendly and helpful.
