This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is nice and clea. The downside is the noise, you can hear literally everything especially when people are going around knocking on doors and having loud conversations at 3 am. AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

TTamuDie Lage in Malina/El Poblado ist selbstverständlich für jede Location top. Abgesehen davon hatte ich vom Hotel in dieser Preislage den Eindruck von mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist zwar alles modern eingerichtet und auf elegant gemacht. Insgesamt wirkt alles relativ eng. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse z.B. ist sehr eng. Wenn da 10 Leute sind, fängt es an ungemütlich zu werden, es sei denn, man will Party - aber dafür gibt es bessere Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr eng, die Ablageflächen waren knapp und es fehlte an Stauraum. Immerhin gab es Warmwasser :-) Es war extrem ringhörig. Man hörte den TV, Musik, Stimmen und Gesang aus den anderen Zimmern. Und im Gang heulte die Belüftung, als würde dauernd jemand mit dem Staubsauger durch die Gänge gehen.

Jjitici整體很讚的酒店，還是一個缺憾沒有電水壺 房間里居然配了一個小廚房 帶水槽和微波爐，不過對我來説 沒什麼用 周圍商場超市都很方便 不過酒店入口在一個商場裏面，很容易錯過。我預訂的接機司機就沒有找到入口。

TTamuVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

TTamuThe service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.
