Mercure has always been our first choice accommodation whenever we travel in China. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. Our stay at Mercure Urumqi, Xinjiang, we would like to especially commend Miss Wang Yue Yue (王跃跃）at the front desk for her warm smile, attentiveness, and excellent service. Knowing that we had to catch an early morning flight, she thoughtfully arranged with the kitchen to prepare a packed breakfast for us to take along. She also went the extra mile to arrange laundry service, so that when we returned to the hotel a few days later, we had freshly cleaned clothes waiting for us. Miss Wang is always helpful, patient, and tries her best to cater to guests’ needs. Most importantly, she remembers returning guests, which makes us feel truly welcome and at home. Thanks to her, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
