The hotel was very clean, and the service was friendly too. Someone came by everyday to freshen up the room. Facilities were excellent - the library was a great place to relax and read a book. The hotel is situated close to the beach and is located above a mall with plenty of food options and shops stocked with travel essentials.

Stayed 43rd floor club room, room quality was good and very comfortable.  We enjoyed club lounge for breakfast and cocktail time, both the club IC manager Betty welcomed us very well.  The club lounge staff are all friendly and served us with nice hospitality.  Enjoyed stay at the Intercontinental Dalian.  We are sure back IC Dalian again!!

This is a wonderful hotel located round the corner from the metro station and slap bang in the middle of the many malls and food outlets. As such, it's in a great location for tourists and visitors to this wonderful city. The hotel is big and spacious. The typical room is very very large compared to the average hotel, and the price is very cheap, representing excellent value for money. For anyone visiting downtown, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all professional and courteous and the whole experience of staying at such nice hotels made my trip to China all the more memorable.

Location is average. 5 mins to the subway station. But food choices around the area are a bit limited. Hotel breakfast variety and settings are good. For hotel facility, the heating (by air conditioner) is insufficient and slow. We have to wear thicker clothing to bed and I overheard guests requesting for more blankets. Staff services was good. They were helpful and polite, and can easily chat with you if they were not busy.

I checked in quite late and it was very smooth and fast. As I was here for marathon, F03 staff was very proactive to offer me breakfast and late check out for the next day. This was very helpful for us runner and I have ample time to clean up and freshen up before I checked out. On top of that, they were very thoughtful and offer a bag with drink and snacks to eat along my way. Very satisfied stay will come back again when I visit Dalian.

I feel so happy when i check in my room and it already warm up and some lightings is on. but one of the desk girl asking us to waiting taxi just on main road when i try to asking help to get me taxi on cool day. anyway thank you for those who take care of us. cheers

The advantages and disadvantages of the hotel are obvious. The advantage is the superior geographical location, facing the Broken Bridge of the Yalu River, and it is not far to walk to the two cruise ship docks. The parking lot is large and has sufficient parking spaces, but the hotel accepts external vehicles, which makes the privacy of the guests staying in the hotel much worse. During the day, the car will most likely be parked far away from the back entrance of the hotel. The disadvantages are old facilities and old decoration style. If you ignore the advantages of the geographical location, the decoration and facilities are not as good as those of the Four Seasons Hotel. The breakfast is just edible, and the staff service is the most unsatisfactory. If the old hardware such as facilities is a problem that cannot be solved in the short term, then the soft conditions such as service attitude should be solved immediately. I hope the hotel can provide corresponding services according to the corresponding star rating.

We loved our stay there. It's convenient to go around the city on public transport. We had early check-in and late check-out. The staff were very helpful when approached.

The hotel service is very good, the facilities and equipment are complete, the surrounding environment is also good, there are many snacks downstairs, which is very convenient, the room is very clean without dead corners, the equipment is very complete, the room is warm, not particularly large, but everything is available, and there is a projector that can project the screen normally. Close to airport but walking is not convenient and safe because you have to cross several roads with buy traffic. Hotel provided shuttle bus to the airport. Front desk and concierge Staff are helpful except the driver who picked us up. We are a couple in our seventies but the driver didn't offer any help to take our 23 kg luggage onto the van (the driver took us to the airport the next morning did help). We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was delicious. Room is spacious. Will stay again.

This Shangri-La does not have the iconic aroma smell in the lobby area. And throughout our stay of 2N, we noticed they do not have the iconic smell! How disappointing. The front desk lady is professional but service without smile. Very robotic. We visited the lobby lounge and we were served by this waitress that is just doing her job, not friendly. The breakfast is awesome, Shang's standard. Room is old and need a facelift badly. A far cry from the other Shang that I've visited.

Great location as it is located in the city center. The pool has a deeper section which is nice and the hotel also has an onsen dip, steam and sauna room. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The service is excellent and a number of staff can speak English and Japanese. The hotel is a bit old and taking the lift will require more time. Also I find the ac not cold enough.

I come to Dalian with my friends for a short trip and chose this hotel because we want the sea view, the hotel location is so convenience and not too far from the airport, around 30 minutes. All of the staffs are so friendly and helpful. We come during December and the hotel was fulled with beautiful Christmas decorations. If you want the hotel with good view and relaxing I really recommend this one

While the hotel is downtown, it's not as centrally located as other places closer to the water. There was an issue with dishes being left behind, and the staff was picky about charging for a sprite that i had replaced already. Still it was a good hotel overall German bar on B1 is pretty good

Great service, gave us a free upgrade to deluxe room on the first day. Excellent view of the sea view and light show at night from the room! Also gave a free fruit platter and toy seal on the first day. Towels and bathrobe are also of good quality.

The hotel is clean and modern. The room was large, comfortable and quiet. The gym and pool are fantastic - you can’t ask for better in a hotel. I think the breakfast food isn’t that delicious but it’s reasonable and there is a lot to choose from. The staff is super helpful and goes out of their way to provide a great experience, especially 洖繥瀮! Thank you. I’ll be back soon.

Hengli Hotel is in a great location, very close to the sea. You can even come up to rest while waiting in line for Xiding. The lobby is on the 66th floor. As soon as I went up, I saw the unbeatable sea view, which was so beautiful. Xiaoxin was checking me in at the time. I casually asked if my room also faced the sea. She told me that I had booked a city view, and then asked me if I wanted to live in a room facing the sea, and helped me upgrade the room type. In the end, I stayed in an unbeatable sea view room for two nights and three days ~ and the facilities and hygiene in the room were very good. This was my first stop in Dalian after seven years since I graduated from university. I really felt very warm and very happy.

We recently had an extraordinary stay at the Four Seasons Dalian. A special thanks to Kristin at reception for upgrading us to a better room; it truly made our stay even more memorable. Everyone at the Four Seasons is incredibly proactive and kind, always ready to assist whether it's answering tour questions or engaging in a friendly chat. The room was absolutely amazing, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The food was exceptional, with every meal surpassing our expectations. We highly recommend the Four Seasons Dalian for anyone seeking a top-notch experience.

We were only there for two nights (stopover to head to Harbin)but the location was really centralised. You can easily walk to the city area and their hotel is not far from the train station.

Location is excellent, just steps away from the metro station, eateries and night market. Service was excellent. Front desk upgraded us to a room with an excellent view of the tv tower and river. Room was spacious. Suggest that toiletries include shaving kits. Would be great if there was a spa as well, given that this is a 5-star hotel. Had a great stay!

There is nothing special about the room. The ceiling is very low and the area is concentrated in the bathroom, which makes the bedroom area very crowded. Although it is a new hotel, it feels that it has not been maintained carefully and many places are damaged. The bedding is comfortable, but the mattress does not have a down comfort layer, so it is a bit hard. The breakfast restaurant has a good environment, but the service is very poor. There is no one to show you to your seat, and the waiters all have dead looks on their faces. They are already pushing carts and making a lot of noise to clear the tables before closing time. The food tasted average, the ingredients were too down-to-earth, and the western desserts were a disaster. The gym is very large, with a full range of life fitness equipment. Overall, the price is worth better service and experience, hope there will be improvements. Because I also live in Shenkang, the conclusion I draw from the comparison between the two is that it is indeed difficult to provide services and humanistic care in the north.

Amazing hotel with shopping mall and a wonderful supermarket downstairs. Excellent service (on the first floor reception and upstairs staff were very helpful, polite and fast) clean, has cool bar, exquisite design and views, also there are some amazing restaurants. We enjoyed the stay.

Amazing view, excellent service, always nice to stay when visiting Shenyang. We were there with our baby and can recommend it to stay here. The bed was prepared that babies can‘t fall down. Gym and pool on the 86 floor is also amazing.

The Hilton hotel in Shenyang great. The service I received at the reception was alright, it would be helpful for the staff to put their best foot forward each time. However, the cleanliness, concierge service, food and amenities were wonderful. It’s a great place for accommodation!

Amazing hotel, very value for money. Hotel is very clean, nice, and modern. To add, a staff Josie Ji went the extra mile to help us with our breakfast add on as it was difficult for us as foreigners to pay for the offer using WeChat pay. Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the use of the gym and pool areas. Breakfast was amazing!! A good room with bath and super comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking below the Wanda Plaza, around 3 to the Yalu river with plenty of shared bikes around too.

I hesitated for a long time before checking in. I read reviews saying that the hotel is old, the sanitary conditions are average, and it is not at the level of a five-star hotel. I was struggling whether to stay in other chain hotels. In the end, I felt that it was not bad. It met the travel needs of my mother and me. It was a hotel that I could choose to stay in again. Hygiene: Overall, I think it is OK and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and there is no odor in the room (I live on the 16th floor and the windows can be opened for ventilation, which is a good review), but there is some dust on the bedside table and a little fine dust on the bedding. I am not particularly obsessed with cleanliness, so it is generally acceptable. Geographic location: This is my favorite, right by the river. You can walk to Moon Island downstairs, which is suitable for tourists who are willing to stroll. Looking at the river view makes me feel open-minded, and it can also satisfy my curiosity to observe North Korea. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to central attractions such as the Broken Bridge, and 10 minutes to the Dandong Ship. It is in the middle, and it is very convenient to travel. The location is great and the price was reasonable for a 5 star hotel. However, there were some things that seemed lacking of a 5 star hotel. The CONS - Rooms come with heavy smoke smell and ashtray even if asking for non smoking, and it was open smoking in the lobby and even elevators. I would have loved a bathtub instead of only a shower. The breakfast was very good for the price (48 rmb) but didn't include juices and their attempt at adding bacon was horrific as it was a fake street sausage type of bacon that's bright red and inedible. There was brand-name water bottles and then there was the hotel water bottles in the room and there was a menu charging 2 rmb to heat up water. I am not sure how they would know or if this is to charge for the people who steal the tea and coffee. But I would expect to boil water for free. Also the gym closed at 19:00 and it seemed a bit early. The PROS - The beds were comfortable. The staff did their best to accommodate and even allowed picking up luggage later. The coffee shop inside had great coffee if you dont mind the smoke. The breakfast was a great value for 48 rmb. The location was great and convenient. The hotel was able to check us in to the room early with availability. The hot spring SPA was amazing as well since there was no pool but you need to be careful not to let them give you extra services (which are sub par) and just enjoy the hot water and sauna for free when you buy something.

The view was immaculate, the bed and shower very comfortable and the staff very nice and helpful. Very close to both the train station and the city center. You'll see it directly when you'll be out of the station, very practical.

The location is very good, the building is new, the rooms are new, especially the pillows are very comfortable to sleep on, the bathroom is also very large, there is not much breakfast, but it is very good to eat something early in the morning in winter with a warm stomach before going out, and each person was given a bottle of hot mineral water at check-out, which is very comfortable!

The room is decorated in an old style. It was really good 20 years ago, and the exterior wall is still not outdated.
