The hotel is in a great location. I was able to do almost everything I wanted to do on foot. However, the service left something to be desired, not because of the staff, who were all very attentive and welcoming, but because of the hotel's administrative process. It was the longest check-in I've ever done at any type of accommodation. I think this is something that needs to be given more attention.

A great place in the middle of nature, lots of greenery, hot springs to enjoy and relax. Excellent cleanliness in both internal and external areas, areas for trails, gym with various equipment, lots of games for children. I thought my stay at the Plaza was excellent, I only have to praise the service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are well served. There are several options for swimming pools with thermal waters, both indoor and outdoor.

They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! I was angry and I wondered if you were talking seriously, so then she said everything right since you were coming right now, we managed to exchange the room for one with a couple bed, But you need to come now, because we'll clean and release your room to make available to other people. Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

Charming hotel in the expansion, in the region of Lagoa da Conceição, near the Mole and Joaquina beaches. The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street. High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

The room is very big and close to the beach. The front desk staff is also very friendly. After checking out, you can also store your luggage at the front desk and get a towel for free to go to the beach. The sea water is very clear and the beach quality is also great.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport and stays for convenient transportation. In front of the hotel is the seaside and the scenery is very good. But the room does not have toiletries and slippers like domestic ones, so you have to bring your own. Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, no Chinese food, but the fruit is good.

I loved my stay, even if it was just one day. The room was clean with new furniture and the bathroom was clean. The service was great, always ready to help and quick. I just thought it was strange that the 17th floor had a ramp up from the elevator to the rooms. Whoever designed it deserves a 0.

The entire team was attentive, from the valet, check-in, cleaning team, everyone was always helpful and polite. I have valet parking (paid separately), but it is very helpful (since traffic in BC is very difficult). Some large cars/trucks were in front of the hotel. I was there in January/2024, the hotel was very busy (469 guests, according to reception) and everything worked very well, including elevators (there are three). We stayed on a high floor (12th floor) and the stay was very peaceful. Anyway, it became my first option when looking for a hotel in BC. I got a daily rate almost 50% lower on Trip.com than on other major booking apps.

The hotel has a great location in the Camború Balneário, but it left to wish for breakfast because the orange juice served was acetic. I had a problem with the shower, but it was solved by the hotel team.
