From the front desk, cleaning staffs and restaurant servers all did their best and made me and my wife feeling comfortable as we spent our wedding anniversary weekend there. Location is very good with beach right in front, many souvenir shops, massage shop, drinking places and restaurants to try. Room is a bit dated but it is big enough and clean for our stay. Breakfast options is good enough, from Thai, Chinese, Indian and Western to eat. Servers there were all helpful and cooks kept replenishing them dishes. Pool were so full most times too, when in the room you can sometimes hear our neighbours if they moan loudly or closes the room doors. Overall it is good place to stay and great for families.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and my experience was fantastic. I originally booked a pool-access room for all three nights. However, due to an unexpected system issue, the hotel was unable to provide the pool room for the entire stay. Instead, they arranged for me to stay one night in the pool room and upgraded me to a much larger room for the remaining two nights. To make up for the inconvenience, they also offered a complimentary dinner, which was a lovely touch. One of the highlights of my stay was the thoughtful birthday surprise they prepared for me. When I entered the room, it was beautifully decorated with “Happy Birthday” wishes, which made my day extra special and memorable. Although the hotel is slightly older, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The central location is another great advantage, making it convenient to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel’s dedication to their guests. Despite the minor hiccup with the booking, their efforts to make it right truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay with exceptional service and a great location.

We recently stayed at Pullman Karon for our anniversary for 17 nights, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly, smiling, and always eager to help. We were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to a junior suite for free, and the bed was beautifully decorated for our anniversary. Their attention to detail and customer service truly made our stay special. Unfortunately, the room service food did not meet our expectations, and the same goes for the open international buffet. Although the selection was limited, the beef (steak) and fish barbecue were excellent. The pool area had a very good and relaxing ambiance. The bar was great, and the bartenders were amazing, serving delicious drinks and French fries. However, there was construction in one of the buildings that created loud and disturbing noise, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Thankfully, we couldn't hear it from our room. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. We expected more variety from a 5-star hotel. Despite these minor issues, we were overall very satisfied with our stay. The exceptional service and thoughtful gestures made our anniversary celebration memorable.

Lovely hotel, great location, delicious food and the staff were so kind to us. We will definitely be back again! The beach (surin beach) is right beside the hotel and is nice and quiet, very suitable for families. The area also has nice restaurants and 711, which has just about everything you need!

I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and I don’t know what happened this time. The staff didn’t seem as helpful, almost as if were bothering them. With the exception of the restaurant (the manager in the restaurant is really excellent, always checking up and having a friendly chat with everyone) and bar staff, the other staff seemed annoyed when we asked something. For example, when we arrived we noticed we were missing face towels. I called the front desk to ask for towels. The lady said she would send towels over. After about half an hour and the towels still not arriving, I called again, and I could hear by the way she responded that she has clearly forgotten to send the towels over. Kept waiting and waiting, still nothing. Eventually when we went outside later that night, we found someone had simply left the towels on the table outside the room. Also, one day we were waiting for the staff to come clean the room. I went to the front desk to ask when they were going to clean the rooms, because nobody had been there yet and we were in need of new towels. The lady said they only start cleaning after 2pm, which I thought was strange, because shouldn’t they clean the rooms before guests start checking in at 2pm? I got back to the room, and then realized it was already 2:30pm. Eventually about 4:45 they came around to clean the room, so I assumed that’s the way they do it at this hotel. But the next morning they showed up at 9am to clean the room, just very inconsistent. Also, on our second last day at the hotel, we got a letter stuck to the door, reminding us to check out at 11 the next day because the staff has to clean the room. Where is this coming from? My third time staying at this hotel, and this is the first time I received this note. We have never checked out late before, so I really don’t get it. It’s also really nice that they have the private beach, but it’s very dirty. They try to clean it up, but they don’t throw the trash away. They simply pick it up and throw it on both sides of the beach. Me and my girlfriend saw a lady (a guest staying at the hotel, not hotel staff) picking up trash on the beach, and decided we were going to help her. I went to the bar and asked for a trash bag, and the 3 of us picked up trash on the beach as much as we could. Luckily we made a friend that way. Like I said, I’ve stayed at this hotel and this was my third time, but I really feel like the standards have dropped. Now the main things about this hotel is just the private beach and the proximity to the airport. I will think twice before booking a stay here again. I feel there are hotels for the same price and cheaper that offer better service with more helpful staff. I just really want to thank the manager (the older gentleman with the white shirt in the restaurant) again for your excellent service. You are a star.

We were here on a family trip for three nights and chose this hotel as it is advertised as kids friendly. The brand not only did not meet the minimum standards, the service and staff was very bad. 1. We were checking in late at 7 pm and when I sent the email about the same, the guy responded with entire information about check out 2. Rooms were comfortable but few basic amenities were missing or not functioning 3. There is 1 small lift for 5 storeys with capacity of 5 people! And lift was not working for 4-5 hours and had to carry my baby all the way up to 5th floor multiple times. 4. Kids play area is very average and when we requested for play station remotes the staff kept on using delaying tactics instead of giving a straight answer 5. Worst was the breakfast buffet and food experience. Food and desserts is very average. There is hardly anything for vegetarians and usually at all hotels they make something where vegetarian food isn’t available. At Novotel, we weren’t given this option and when requested staff rudely said no, except on one occasion. 6. Water play area is good 7. Shuttle service to kata beach is available but no information is provided before hand.

My stay at Burasari has been nothing but a pleasure. The hotel is located very nicely, it's only 2-3 minute walk away from the beach, it's right by convinience store, it has a lot of nice restaurants, bars and night markets nearby and it's just far away from the main party street to feel nice and relaxing. We loved the architecture of the hotel and how it had a lot of nature and flower trees near the pool - it made for a very serene and relaxing environment. The hotel's workers were extremely nice and accomodating, always smiling and greeting the guests. We only bought breakfasts at the hotel, but they were very tasty. The only downside was maybe that between the days there wasn't much variety, so the food could get a bit boring. The drinks at the pool bar were very tasty and reasonably priced (especially the Happy Hour deal). Overall, I recommend this hotel. It's great value for the price and we would choose it again for our next trip to Phuket.

This is the best hotel so far and I won't regret it. The staff is very welcoming. It's kids friendly and I didnt expect it. They have lots of activities for kids. Love the pool and best part is the pool is warm( mainly because the weather is super hot). Direct beach access. You get to see beautiful sunset daily. Only down side is, the location to halal food is far.

The location was great. The service is great. The hotel room itself is absolutely awful🤮 now I can’t see that all the rooms were like this, but mine was. Their air conditioner has a humid malfunction of some kind. I don’t know what, but whenever you leave it on it just piles water all over the floor, which almost made us fall down a few times. We did report and they just told us it’s because we left the doors open. We close the doors in the problem continued there was no change. the floor just got wet every day and mop the floor with a towel. They gave me three times a day and also the humidity smell from the air conditioner was terrible. It was really hard to breathe. We almost left. We actually we did leave. We were going to stay longer, but this room was completely unlivable. If you have this problem, it won’t change just because they close the door. I don’t recommend this hotel. I’m sorry I’m usually a nice guy when I do reviews, but not this time.
