The staff at the concierge were courteous and welcoming. I would like to thank Mr. Add for helping me with all the access to different areas in the hotel and also transportation to Pattaya bus stop. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Khop khun mak mak kha! 🙂 Buggy service drivers were always helpful. They even showed me the way to the street I’d like to buy some street food at!

Had a problem with the air con controller but the staff responded and fixed it in 10 mins . Friendly staff but the restaurant would not let me take a knife or plate to my room to cut up fruit. Did not try thier food so cannot comment. Pool attendant was a lot friendlier can buy food and drinks and use a plate and knife from there. Pool temperature was too cold, a lot of people were reluctant to go in. Overhaul is good value and good location to the beach, bars and restaurants.

However, there was no special “birthday” decor or complimentary cake, which is something other 5-star hotels usually provide. The room I booked was a “2x double bed room.” The hotel staff kindly informed me that the “double beds” were only 3 feet wide and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a larger family-sized room. I chose not to, but I feel it’s important to note that the so-called “double beds” are more like single beds. The booking website’s description was misleading. I would suggest that the hotel update the description to “single beds” to avoid confusion, especially since it markets itself as a “family hotel.” The facilities and breakfast were excellent, as expected. The kids’ club, outdoor playground, swimming pool, and kid-friendly water park were all fantastic. We especially loved the restaurant Prego, which served excellent pizzas and gelato!l 10% off as hotel staff. My main issue, however, was the misleading “double bed” description and the condition of the room. Since the beds were mounted on a frame designed for a king-sized bed, there was a gap between them. This caused the beds to shift frequently, and I accidentally knocked my shin on the oversized frame. Additionally, there were maintenance issues in Room 1219: a missing overhead light bulb, an air conditioner that wasn’t very cold, and a faulty wardrobe light. These issues pointed to poor upkeep by the hotel management. To add to this, my wife was surprised to find the vanity set had already been opened and not replaced. It’s possible the housekeeper forgot to check and replenish it. The housekeeper may have been rushed when preparing the room, as we arrived at 1 PM, but only entered the room at 2:15 PM. Strangely, when we collected the key cards, we found that our room door was left ajar.

Great hotel. Staying here since 2012. It is one of the best resort hotels overall. Beach, sand, pools, etc Only 2 things are bad: walls between rooms are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors. And bathroom door jams must have rubber lines around the frame so when you shut the doors it doesn't bang so loud that the whole floor wakes up. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place

The pool is very nice and quiet. Besides the hotel is a 7/11 and a small food curt. The interior design is a bit old but clean. I would come a second time again.

From the first time we appreciated the location, cleanliness, beautiful beach, good service and friendly staffs especially Tong , Leo and Ammie when we had breakfast. Firstly we wanted to book sea view room but fully booked . Fortunately we got 12th floor room this time which can see sea view. That was very good. For our next leisure trip must be Pullman Pattaya G.

The hotel is at a great location just in front of the beach. Hotel has good food options and a big kids play area. Good stay with family.

This hotel has 2 separate buildings, older and newer ones. We stayed at the older one which was the last room due to last minute booking. Of course, the room is very outdated look like the old style decorated condominium 20 years back. But it was only 1 night stay so we were ok with that. So recommending to stay in the new building which looking much nicer and more modernised from exterior decoration. Location wise- Excellent less than 5 mins walk to Jomtian beach, close to 7-11 shop and also close to public transport. But bear in mind, the location is quite distant from Pattaya Bus station where buses operating between Pattaya and Bangkok. Approximately 8 km/ 20 mins by Taxi. Be prepared for that.

Excellent location of the hotel in a green park on the first line to Jomtien. You can get to the hotel by songthaew on Sukhumwid or by taxi for 250 TNV. The nearest 7/11 is about 10 minutes walk away. The beach is clean next to the marina with lots of sun loungers. There is a large good restaurant on the hotel beach, filled with locals. The hotel area is surrounded by greenery and flowers. Huge swimming pool. The standard room is large with a view of the garden and the sea, everything works. There is a pen with turtles at the reception. You can use the beaches of neighboring hotels, including Movenpick. I recommend the hotel for holidays as an excellent photo zone!

The hotel is good. Yes, it is far from the center, but we specifically chose it there. We have stayed there before. We decided to repeat. Everything is great. Small, cozy. Right on the sea. A wonderful pool. During our stay there were almost no people, it was quiet and calm. The hotel is in Thai style, the rooms are large. If you do not have any special demands, then you will like it. We took a room on the first floor with an exit to the pool - very convenient.

It was great! Honestly i dont like Pattaya as it is very dirty. But this hotel was my best choice! I celt myself like on islands. Staff great! And client-oriented I am so happy ! Highly recommend!

Clean rooms, beautiful sea, delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean, the sea is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, we accept dogs. We also accept dogs. But the price is a bit high.
