My friend and I had a great stay at the Marina bay Seaview Homestay. The location was great, the rooms were clean and spacious and the owner very friendly and accommodating. He can’t speak English but we communicated with each other via WeChat.. I particularly love the view from my room on the 9th floor. I will recommend this to all my friends visiting Beihai. My three days here were wonderful and relaxing. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

I stayed here with my girlfriend during the Chinese new year, and we loved it. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the boy who helped with our luggage and the restaurant staff, such as Wang Xiaomei who welcomed us each morning. The hotel is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The only problem I had, as with all HI hotels I’ve stayed in recently, is that the pillows are uncomfortable and need replacing, and the duvet is far too thick for the warm weather in Beihai. Also, they advertised on Ctrip that they have air conditioning, but it doesn’t work. Overall, a good stay though thanks to the staff.

fantastique,fabuleux, extra, super, genial, excellent, quoi d autre, tout bien, le meilleur hotel qu on ai jamais eu pour le prix. c est pas dublabla, franchement c est de la balle. alors ok je rallonge histoire de voir ce que trip va m offrir si j ecrit beaucoup mais je pense vraiment ce que je viens d ecrire.

非常愉快的一次入住，一進酒店就感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。前台客服人員態度超級好，微笑服務，辦理手續高效，還貼心地詢問了我的需求。入住期間有任何問題，一個電話就能立刻解決，響應速度非常快。房間更是讓我驚喜，乾淨程度無可挑剔，床品柔軟舒適，一塵不染。特別是網絡速度很快，對於需要處理工作的我來説非常友好。總之，這次住宿無論是服務、衞生還是設施，都讓我非常滿意。

沒想到居然這麼好！房間環境非常不錯，説是民宿其實裏面的設施和酒店一樣了，而且離海邊很近，周圍有都是民宿住宅區，所以很安靜，真的真的真的很驚喜🤩，有人幫拿行李上樓，我們住的是 3 人床，房間挺大，衞生什麼的都很乾凈，衞生間真的值得一説，非常非常非常的好，鏡子是有燈的，淋浴器是晚上很火的那種，還有馬桶（也是乾淨的），整體來説，體驗超級好！整體來説滿分💯

酒店地理位置絕佳，就在銀灘對面，帶孩子挖沙很方便，結果娃大了説已經不喜歡挖了😂同樣也因為在銀灘邊上，7點多樓下就很熱鬧，影響睡眠，而且春節期間人太多，這個位置不好打車，最方便的是電瓶車出行。房間設施該有的都有，就是淋浴間衹有半個隔斷，毫無作用，洗完澡整個浴室都是濕的，擋不了一點水。酒店門口能停車，工作人員會為客人留好停車位，贊一個。因為訂的早，總體來説春節期間性價比還是高的。

I would really recommend this hotel just for the private beach! The public beaches are full of people, but this hotels beach was very calm and pleasant. In the evening we had a meal on the beach. The view from the room (on the sea side) was stunning. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Huge variety of choices. My only complaint would be the bathroom that felt a bit run down. Would need to be refreshed.

TTamuWe had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

TTamu房間面積很小，唯一的優勢就是距離沙灘很近。 但服務挺一般的，前廳餐廳都很冷漠，完全沒有笑容，公事公辦，懶得搭理的樣子。早餐沒找到荷包蛋説了幾次也都沒人搭理，水煮蛋蛋白是發黃的，口感也很差，水果每天都是沙糖桔小番茄，很敷衍。服務員看着在巡視，其實在走神，眼裡沒活，也不熱情。 這是去廣西住的第四家酒店，也是唯一一家一定要收小孩早餐費的酒店。收也就算了，還挺貴，早餐也一般。 房間設備比較老舊，桌子的大理石上有黃黃的污漬看上去積了很久了，是自己拿個紙掛掉的，就是沒好好打掃，噁心。電視機非常老式也比較小，居然沒法投屏。陽台有個晾衣架還很實用，可惜太矮了，掛衣服褲子裙子得拖地了。

MMax WakefieldI stayed at Pearl for a couple of weeks while settling into a language school at Beihai. It's in an interesting part of town, close to both Beihai old street and the seafront, though a long way from the best beaches on the other side of the city if that's what you want. The room was great, spacious and well looked after. The staff were helpful and the public laundry station on the roof made life easier.
