Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff! Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

We enjoyed an incredible stay at the Swiss Grand in Xiamen. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views of Gulangyu from the bedroom. It is also within walking distance of Zhongshan Lu where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The 25 metre pool is fantastic. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious! The Chinese restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious, offering a innovative interpretations of traditional dishes. While the staff are helpful and courteous, there is a lot of room for improvement. In particular, I asked for help to get the ferry schedule and ferry tickets to Gulangyu and was told to go to the ferry terminal.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is the best family resort in Xiamen, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, featuring modern decor and stunning views that made our family feel relaxed and comfortable. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, providing the perfect environment for both relaxation and family bonding. The dining experience was equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters in our family were satisfied. The on-site restaurants offered a delightful mix of local and international cuisine, making every meal a treat. The resort's location was ideal, situated close to the beach. After a day of sightseeing, we loved returning to the resort to unwind by the pool or enjoy the various family-friendly activities available. Overall, our stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The combination of beautiful rooms, exceptional service, delectable food, and a fantastic location made it a memorable experience for our family. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in Xiamen. We can't wait to return!

Thanks to Lucy Zhou, our trip was even better. The hotel is right next to our business office. There is a sister restaurant downstairs, which is also delicious. Our room has a beautiful view of the seaside, and the sky is beautiful at six in the morning. The hotel's breakfast is shared with Marriott, and the products are very good. There are also pancakes, meat sandwiches, various desserts and breads, and hot noodles. The hotel accommodation environment is also very good, clean and sanitary, and the service is also very good. I wish you all a pleasant journey!

Love this hotel, the view from the room is just amazing! The swimming pool is very big and so beautiful ! The Italian restaurant downstairs is good Will go again for sure!

A little rough around the edges, particularly when it comes to service. Although, the concierge staff were pretty helpful. The restaurants are a mixed bag, the Japanese place is great. Nice views of the harbour, but a bit of a journey to most of the local attractions. Rooms are about what you'd expect from a place like this. Overall...pretty average. Could probably do better at the price point, but could definitely do worse.

Live in a real sea view room You can see the sea directly from the room. The room is spacious and has a large balcony where you can watch the sunrise! The beach is at the back door of the hotel. After watching the sunrise in the morning, you can go back to sleep~ It feels very suitable for bringing children. There is an infinity pool here. The pool is cleaned and flushed every day. There are lifebuoys and safety guarantees. The babies who stay here can experience the swimming pool for free and enjoy a 20% discount on Winnis Island Coffee! It's so comfortable here at night. The annual gathering with my bestie was scheduled in Xiamen this year. Gulangyu is a must-see attraction. From the beginning, I decided to stay for one night. After choosing a hotel, I decided to stay in Linghai because it was too close to the beach, less than five minutes' walk. The hotel also provided flip-flops for going to the beach. The luggage pick-up was also very punctual, and afternoon tea was also thoughtfully reserved after advance communication. The service of the brothers at the front desk was very good. There are a few suggestions. Because it is a seaside villa, plus the geographical location, there are a lot of mosquitoes. In addition to the mosquito repellent spray, you can actually add a dose of Fengyoujing or floral water. We brought the spray, but we did forget to bring Fengyoujing, and we were bitten all the way. Another bathroom shower should be equipped with a barrier curtain, otherwise the whole bathroom is full of water, and the defogging effect is average. When I finally looked at the order, I found that I had exchanged the points for welcome fruit, but there was no fruit in the room. Hahahaha, but there was also fruit reserved in the afternoon. I am very satisfied with the hotel and recommend it to everyone
