Dear Sir, I have an issue to be resolved I WAS overcharged. The hotel did charge taxes (VAT) twice ,they did charge Chilean $ 229.000 which includes the tax and on top they charged the tax again over the 229.000

Great location. Close to the coast and easy access to the main street. Large and comfortable room. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and the restaurant view was amazing.

酒店風景很好，可以看大海，房間比較大，內部設施比較簡陋，沒有拖鞋以及電熱水壺，酒店做菜很鹹，食材倒是新鮮，島上用信用卡不方便，我們當時從巴黎過去，衹帶了歐元，就很不方便，島上打車和付導遊費都衹能現金，一般不接受歐元，接受智利比索或者美元

房間還不錯，小小的一個人住足夠了，水量很大，洗澡很爽，就是水的漂白粉味道有點重，不知道其他家是不是也這樣，空調也很給力，這家的早餐水果特別好吃，還可以找房東借廚房煮泡麪，總的來説挺推薦。機場接送要提前聯繫，這家店就在中央街附近，離機場很近，去海邊步行五分鐘
