Location: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon.
Cleanliness: Good.
Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities.
Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids.
Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.

A bit dated, but generally a good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.
Our main grievance was the on-site restaurant where food was poor and the prices extortionate. The “chefs salad” could have been prepared by anyone, and was just a random assortment of meats and salad piled on top of each other. A 22oz draught lager was $14. Despite not mentioning this anywhere, a 15% gratuity is automatically added, and then they also ask for a tip.
We would not return to this hotel based on our experiences at the restaurant.

Kali ini saya melakukan perjalanan self-driving ke Amerika Serikat bagian barat. Saya singgah selama satu malam di Kingman dalam perjalanan dari Taman Nasional Grand Canyon ke Los Angeles. Lokasi hotel bagus, fasilitas sudah tua, tapi kondisi sanitasi bagus. Dekorasi interior toko bertema nostalgia Route 66, dan terdapat banyak mural indah di gedung tersebut.

Motel standar dengan kamar yang layak dan sanitasi yang baik. Ada restoran dan pom bensin di dekatnya, yang sangat strategis. Ada beberapa hotel lain di dekatnya, tetapi yang ini yang termurah.

Really great location for Lake Powell. Pools are nice - there are two - with one hot tub that’s not functioning very well. 10/10 for the Lake Powell view from the common area.
It’s however a bit rundown… rooms are clean, but they are very dated and need proper maintenance.
Being in the middle of the desert area also means wildlife in the room - I was faced with a highly venomous bark scorpion in the room. Asked the receptionist, yet it turned out no one could help… If you aren’t brave enough, maybe best to avoid.
The room had a marina view. But that wasn’t what I hoped for - I was looking for a room with a lake view. Maybe better listing is needed.

Booked a room for a couple nights for dental work. Room was clean but had a funny smell as soon as I opened the door. Bed, pillows and sheets was clean and comfortable. The bed could have been placed away from the AC unit. I love that they have a mini fridge in the room so I can freeze my ice packs and have it nice and cold by the time I get back from the dentist.

Good spot to rest before heading towards Grand Canyon. Nice little hotel lobby with fire place. The rooms are a bit dated but fine for an overnight stay. Lots of parking.

Pprof. RobertoLocated a couple of blocks from downtown and right in front of the Footprint Stadium, the Courtyard Phoenix Downtown hotel features rooms almost similar to each other but comfortable, cleaned on a daily basis, equipped with a useful coffee maker and generous in size. You can't properly say they are elegant but they look nice with functional furniture - maybe a bit impersonal - with comfortable beds and adequate lighting. In short, this is more a business hotel than a four-star classy one.. Breakfast in the morning allows you to try the local cuisine with excellent and tasty vegetarian burritos and equally delicious coffee tartlets all produced by Shamrock Farms. However, some flaws have put the hotel in a bad light in my opinion: the swimming pool is beautiful and well maintened but not heated (!); the parking at the rear of the hotel is being offered for $40 a day (ridiculous!); the small internal corner for any Daily necessities costs a fortune (a packets of Lays crisps Is 9 dollars plus taxes (!!) and lastly the staff who were not always welcoming and proactive: during my stay I absolutely wanted to try at least one ride on Waymo the worldwide well known self-driving taxi service which runs throughout the city. However, none of the members at the reception helped me to find a solution and help me having a ride. I'd say many yes but also some no.

TTamuSuch a lovely place! Love the fire pit near the reception. I stayed around Christmas and the whole property was in a Christmas mood, felt really cosy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Really convenient that there was free parking available! Restaurant was also good.

NNomadineWe landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours.
The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins.
We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze.
We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed.
After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed.
In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful.
If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.

TTamu房間很大，都是套房，房間裏微波爐、小烤箱、鍋碗瓢盆、洗碗機俱全，對家庭度假比較友好。酒店裡有小童遊樂泳池、健身房、酒吧等，可惜我們衹住一天，無福享受。出門就是倫敦橋以及湖邊trail，離state park, SARA park 都不遠。免費停車場。房間不含早餐。缺點是wifi 可真難用啊，總是連不上，註冊了郵箱後就收到廣告郵件，不太適合商務旅行

TTamuThe location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor seating. Boat docks out front, if you’re fancy like that. I thought it was a bit pricey, but for the location, chill factor, and views, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!

LLori HagenRoom was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground
