We stayed at Hotel Saint Petersburg and found the location good for visiting the city. Unfortunately, not all of our experiences with the staff were positive: some people – in particular one at the reception and one in the restaurant in the evening – were rather unfriendly with us, perhaps also because we are Italian, and they were not even able to inform us that European Visa and Mastercard cards were blocked due to sanctions. One aspect that definitely needs improvement is cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the restaurant, especially considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. On the positive side, breakfast was very rich and varied, and we would like to sincerely thank the staff members who made our stay more pleasant: the young man preparing omelettes in the morning, two receptionists, and one of the ladies welcoming guests at the restaurant in the morning. All of them were kind, helpful, and professional. Overall, the location, breakfast, and some of the staff deserve a positive mention, although we regret that not all the service and staff lived up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

The Four Seasons Hotel in St. Petersburg is truly luxurious and high-end in every detail. The service is exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The restaurants are outstanding, offering excellent food and atmosphere. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The price for the room is appropriate. The room is a bit old, but large and well equipped. The safe needs to be fixed. Thanks to the staff Anna and Ruslan for promptly solving the problem

I stayed at the Crown Hotel for three weeks, and it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding—the staff were always happy, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very nice and clean, with plenty of space. The bathroom was excellent as well, and most importantly, it had a shattaf, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from Nevsky Street and only a minute from both the metro and the railway station. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the Crown Hotel again when I return to Saint Petersburg.

Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang fantastis, hanya lima menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta Moskow. Terdapat restoran, supermarket, dan bahkan toko yang menjual roujiamo (hamburger Cina) ala Xi'an di dekatnya. Kamarnya agak kecil, dan harganya sedikit tinggi (tetapi kami memesannya di tempat setelah mengubah penerbangan kami, jadi itu bisa dimaklumi). Hotel ini mengenakan biaya pendaftaran 200 rubel per orang, yang merupakan satu-satunya dari lima hotel yang saya tempati di Rusia yang mengenakan biaya pendaftaran. Ibis di Moskow, yang jauh lebih murah, tidak mengenakan biaya ini, dan kelima hotel tersebut memberi saya sertifikat pendaftaran.

A very modern and comfortable apart hotel. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The location was great, the amenities were excellent, and the staff were very helpful and professional. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it, especially for solo travelers.
