Pelayanannya luar biasa! Mereka sangat perhatian karena kami memiliki anak kecil. Menawari kami botol air tambahan karena cuaca sangat panas selama kami menginap. Staf sangat ramah (kecuali staf restoran). Sarapan meskipun kami harus membayar untuk itu memiliki banyak pilihan makanan Cina dan cukup bagus. Gymnya lumayan. Yang terbaik adalah binatu gratis yang dapat Anda lakukan. Sangat nyaman karena cuacanya sangat panas sehingga Anda benar-benar harus mengganti pakaian sepanjang hari dan dengan aktivitas di gurun pasir, rasanya menyenangkan jika Anda tidak membawa cukup pakaian untuk dipakai. Ada area kecil yang menyenangkan untuk berjalan-jalan tepat di dekat hotel.

這個酒店的服務態度很好。熱情周到。看到我們有帶孩子主動提出給孩子增加一次性拖鞋。環境衞生很好，酒店的味道也很好聞。温度也剛好，濕度也剛好。早餐也比較豐富。早餐時工作人員還主動問需不需要單獨做麪和餛飩之類的 是一次非常好的體驗。值得推薦。滿分5分好評。酒店的位置附近吃飯也方便。

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.
