As a foreigner, I felt incredibly welcomed—their kindness and professionalism stood out. The room was clean, comfortable. And their restaurant is so beautiful, the food was also nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly hospitable environment.

The hotel is opposite to Guiyang North station. The AI butler in room could open/ close curtain, turn on/off lighting, air-conditoon, TV, etc with voice command. It even responded to Goodbye! The breakfast is superb, facilities well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The staff work as a team to provide good hotel service. The young and service-oriented team always reach out with great enthuiaism and proactive initiative. That is the distinctive culture of the hotel. Special mention goes to manager, 黄珊 and 小周 who took extra effort to ensure and arrange for our transportation and tour needs respectively。The breakfast team ushered guests to table instead of leaving guests to work things out. DIY laundry services is free. Based on our DIY travelling style in the last 3 decades in different parts of the world, the hotel is definitely on our highly recommended list.

The service in each department was very good and the breakfast was very rich. The location was also very convenient to various check-in points. They also upgraded us for free. We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. We had a very wonderful stay! Excellent location for walking and exploring Guiyang. Endless shops and restaurants nearby. The room was just as pictured and very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

The hotel is right next to Gate 6. After exiting T2 Domestic Arrival, turn left and you will see the hotel. You need to go through security to enter the hotel. There are security personnel at the door, which gives people a very safe feeling. Then go straight and turn right to see the front desk. After the front desk quickly checks in, you can take the elevator to rest. The room is small and exquisite. In addition to the basic hotel room facilities, the toilet is also equipped with a telephone, and there is a safe in the closet. These facilities are very detailed. It is also very convenient to eat and drink in the city. You can take a Didi when you exit the hotel and go to the right to the elevator on the second floor of the 8th door. Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

I chose this hotel after visiting Anshun after seeing the cherry blossoms. The hotel is in a good location (the traffic in Guiyang is very bad, but there was no traffic jam along the way to the hotel). It is only 200 meters away from the subway station (10 yuan for a taxi to Jiaxiu Tower). The two parking lots are very convenient. Xiao Yuan's service is also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. There are many clever design points in the room (small kitchen), all the moving lines are very reasonable and comfortable, and the functional areas of the room are very well divided (small but complete), which is very suitable for long-distance travel.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

I wanted to have a midnight snack at night, and the room service was delivered quickly, which was very considerate. If you need a coffe to start your day, better to bring your own. The hotel is an area with restrictions to traffic, about 500 meter from a parking lot.
