Accessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages. It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte. About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge. Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue. Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

Excellent location. Close to two subway stations, one train stop and several bus stops. Cafes, restaurants, and a laundromat were within walking distance. This hotel had several communal areas for guests to relax. They provided games and kitchen supplies to assist with your stay. The rooms and common areas were very clean. Most staff was very friendly. No meals were served on site but delivery was available.

Stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio Paris Nation from 22 - 25 Dec for our euro holidays. The hotel was located on the fringe of the Paris city centre and very close to amenities like bus stops, metro stations as well as food establishment etc. the room also came with cooker stove, microwave oven and usual fridge and water kettle. Overall, enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Paris!

O tempo que estivemos lá foi pequeno, mas muito agradável! O studio é muito limpo e confortável, perto dos principais pontos que eu precisava. O atendimento foi muito bom, funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Só senti falta de itens básicos de higiene, como escovas de dentes e creme dental. Quando voltar a Paris vou considerar ficar lá outra vez.

ResidHotel is the best aparthotel stay my family has had. The staff was warm and welcoming and felt like our family. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. Our balcony view was so peaceful. The rooms have air conditioning, which was extremely important on the hot August days this trip. The location is in the 17th arrondissement and was the best location we could have asked for. It is near enough to the the Arc de Triomphe to walk, but far enough away to not be in a tourist area. Plan a late evening to walk to the Seine river for a Bateaux Mouche boat tour. The metro lines 2 & 3 were our primary mode of transportation and are walking distance. There are many good cafes, restaurants, boulangeries, and department stores(FNAC, Monoprix, Carrefour,etc.) nearby. We had a café crème every morning at a different cafe each time. The fruit market on Rue Poncelet had the freshest fruits ever. There is a wholistic food store called Naturalia nearby, which has bio and international foods you can use in your kitchen at ResidHotel. There is a laundromat right around the corner if you want to do your laundry yourself. The ResidHotel will have you feeling like a Parisian, even if only for the length of your vacation! Me, my brother and mother (all adults) had a great short stay here. In comparison to other hotels within the area, the price was decent. Our apartment was very clean, equipped with tea, coffee, towels, toilet roll, bed sheets, hair dryer and an iron as-well as kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed and the staff were friendly. There’s a TV in both the bedroom and living room area where the sofa beds lie - though i would say please provide a remote for both! We had breakfast on one day and there’s a great selection - we were going to the park and were literally full the whole day. For two of us that was the only meal of the day. They also let us check in an hour early which was great. In terms of what could be better: the bus wasn’t usually on schedule so we just had to go to the bus-top and just try our luck with when it would arrive. Although it’s not miles away from amenities i.e val d’europe etc . The times described are often driving distances. So what is described as 15 minutes away is usually like half an hour public transport. Furthermore restaurants should close at 11, it would allow people time to get food after the last bus. It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby. We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least. Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all. Would I return? Yes sure

My family had a wonderful stay here. It is a little small for my family of 4 with two teenage children and our bags, but the usage of the space is well thought out. My children slept quite comfortably in the double sofa bed in the living area. The small kitchenette is very well equipped with all the appliances looking rather brand new. There’s even a washing machine though we didn’t try that out. The bedroom is a nice size with a view of the street. It might be a bit noisy as the street is quite busy even late at night. We were not too bothered by the noise. The only downside is the bathroom and the toilet is a little on the small side. But that can be easily overshadowed by the good location and the cleanliness of the apartment. There are lots of food options on the street next to the apartment. With nice cafes and shops. And the subway is just a stone throw away. We had a late flight out and they allowed us to store our luggage in their luggage room till it’s time for our flight. Overall we had a very pleasant stay here. I will highly recommend this.
