The Citadines Xinghai is well situated in the Suzhou CBD just west of Jinji Lake.  Our stay was brief, as we arrived on an evening flight and just had the one night.  We had a small Studio Suite, which suited us perfectly for a short stay.  If staying longer, I would probably suggest upgrading to a bedroom Suite.  Great view of the nearby high rises from the room.  The hotel is perhaps becoming a bit dated, but still very comfortable and a great location.  The staff was super helpful, friendly and welcoming.  A nice breakfast, as well.  Would certainly recommend Citadines for business travelers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Usuites, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay! One of the highlights of my time at Hotel Usuites was the stunning view. From my room, I was greeted with breathtaking vistas that spanned the city skyline and beyond. It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out. The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so. All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a hotel that promises a delightful stay with an unbeatable view, I highly recommend Hotel Usuites.

This was our first time in Suzhou and we had heard a lot about Somerset through reviews and knew we would have a great time here. Our room was upgraded, but there was an initial challenge around an additional bed, which they got it resolved in some time. The front desk is helpful and speaks and understands some English. We found Adrianna, another colleague of hers and Kenneth very efficient and helpful with our requests. Coco, was very helpful at the restaurant guiding us through where to find vegetarian options during our breakfast. Rooms have the amenities you would need when you come with a family. You can't go wrong with this one! Overall, the kids enjoyed the stay and the location is decent.

很棒的酒店，定晚了，兩晚的套餐約不上了，今年生意真好啊！酒店還是一如既往的舒適，定的3房，很贊，雖然和之前兩房的空間一樣，但是多了張床，休息更加舒適了！下次還是會選擇這裏！

We spent our weekend in Nanjing for a musical show at Nanjing Poly Theatre and Tianshiju Executive Apartment is a perfect location for us as it's right next to the theatre. The apartments are actually occupying the top floors of the International Youth Convention Hotel where the guests can share the hotel facilities. We were staying in the 2-bedroom apartment with big rooms and living areas, which is well-furnished, well-maintained and the air inside the room is fresh with no bad smell. More important, the front desk staffs are all very friendly and helpful especially Miss Anna Hu who is super patient and efficient. Also, surprising us is the free afternoon tea from 3pm to 7pm daily in the dining area which is not big but quiet. Thus, it would be perfect for those who would like to sit down for a quiet drink and snacks with friends. We had an enjoyable stay in Tianshiju and would definitiely visit again in our next Nanjing trip!!
