The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

I really liked this hotel. The staff is good and friendly, they met me and escorted me to the room. The room is large and clean, I really liked the view from the balcony and the bath on the balcony. There is also an ebike rental in the hotel

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and warmth of the homestay. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the homestay is surrounded by numerous recreational spots, providing a delightful experience. Highly recommend for a cozy and pleasant stay!

Selama liburan musim panas, saya hanya bisa bilang tarif kamarnya sepadan. Saya selalu menginap di sini sebelumnya, tapi kali ini suasananya kurang nyaman. Saya menginap total 3 malam. AC-nya mengeluarkan suara yang tidak biasa di malam pertama dan saya tidak bisa tidur semalaman. Ada juga nyamuk. Meskipun ada obat nyamuk bakar elektrik, nyamuk-nyamuk itu tetap saja mengganggu 😂 Setelah melaporkan hal ini ke pemilik penginapan keesokan harinya, pemilik penginapan sangat baik dan mengizinkan saya pindah kamar. Saya sengaja memilih lantai 4 karena lebih tenang. Tapi manusia menentukan, Tuhan yang menentukan. Malam itu, ada tamu yang minum-minum dan bertengkar sampai larut malam. Saya tidak tahu mereka di lantai berapa karena semua hotel bertingkat, dan saya tidak tahu apakah mereka tamu hotel ini. Saat menginap untuk ketiga kalinya, kami belum bangun, dan para tamu yang keluar mulai menyanyikan lagu-lagu daerah sambil berjalan-jalan di sekitar hotel. Pokoknya, saya tidak bisa istirahat dengan baik selama 3 hari ini 😂

The place is quite difficult to find (if we spoke Chinese we could have called to ask, but we don't). The location might be OK for people doing business near by, but for tourism, the neighborhood is not interesting, it is quite far and not well connected (metro station is quite a walk). The service was OK (one young man at the reception was quite helpful). The apartment looks like the photos were taken many years ago. Things are not that new, nor practical, nor so clean. In general the place needs a deep clean. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell (they did offer to change the room one day later, hut in a time that was not convenient for us). The good thing is that the bed looked and smelled very clean and the room was quiet.
