I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips. The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!

Trip.com did not state the linen fee charges per person on their website. When I arrived I was shocked that a 4CHF per person per night has turned in a 78 CHF payment which is a huge discrepancy. However, it took me about 2 hours and I resolved this with the service reception of Alpen. There is no main reception in this lobby but the service providers were superb. The room is amazingly spacious and clean and it was an overall lovely stay thanks to the great service and comfort of the room.

The room is very big and has a terrace. There is breakfast🍳delicious🤤 It feels very comfortable and the bathroom 🛀 is so big Although the location of the room cannot see the Matterhorn, the snow view is pretty good👍🏻 There are supermarkets nearby and it only takes 3-5 minutes to walk🚶 It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the city center and the train station🚄 Environmental hygiene, worth choosing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room is very nice. You can see Matterhorn when you get up. This hotel does not have a free pick-up. If you drag your luggage, you have to climb the slope for a long time. . Almost not tired
