Есть все,что необходимо, зубные щетки, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, одноразовая бритва. Территория закрытия. Тихо, птички поют. Для уединения отлично. Нас встретили, рейс был ночной, разместили. Помогли с чемоданами. Хозяева очень радушные. На территории есть магазин, с товарами первой необходимости. Больше рядом нет ничего. До всего надо ехать или оооочень долго идти. До моря далеко. До ялонгбей топать около часа. Мы один раз прошлись, далее только такси. В целом нам такой опыт отдыха понравился, но не надолго))))

It was a great experience overall. The customer service we received was incredible. I was excited before arrival due to the level of service we received. We arrived very early in the morning and were given extra water and noodles because it was too early/late to get food anywhere. There is a small kitchen with basic utensils in the villa.
The location is great for a quiet holiday. There is a decent beach within walking distance of the villa. The area/community the villas are in is beautiful! It's a very tranquil area. There aren't any Western restaurants nearby that I could find, but there are some tasty local places. Definitely recommend bringing groceries and cooking yourself if you aren't a fan of local cuisine.
The only things that weren't the best was the hard bed (they did provide an extra comforter to use as a mattress pad, which helped) and the lack of shade/covering over the pool. It would've been perfect if there was a gazebo covering part of the pool to provide shade while relaxing throughout the day.
I will definitely be back!

This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone

這次三亞之行，因為主要玩蜈支洲島，就選擇了距離蜈支洲島碼頭比較近的這家別墅。入住的是一個大平層的，房間打掃的很乾凈，蚊香啥的也都配置好了。管家真的做到了24小時及時響應服務，這點必須好評。

Llay pingThe villa feels old and a badly maintained. You see stains on the kitchen top and broken furniture (eg. mahjong table) in the dinning hall. This tells you how proud they are about their products. The floor feel dusty. The dinning chairs are cheap and easy to fall back on. There is no cutlery (no spoon, chopsticks, forks, scissors) provided in the kitchen and you see unkempt grasses (overgrown) in the pool area. The water from shower room seeps into the toilet room next door. Given the villa in such condition, it would be much more comfortable to stay in a hotel. The nice photos shown are not representative of its real conditions. Staff service was ok. They would offer help or attend to you quickly if you have any complaints (eg checking on water seepage in shower room). They also help to fetch breakfast and meal for you from a building that is quite far from the villa. But sometimes they maybe busy and you will have to wait for the delivery which is inconvenient. There is nothing much to eat around the area and you will have to drive out. If you stay in a month with cold weather, you won’t want to use the pool so better consider if it is worth it paying for a villa with pool is worth it since villa without pool are much cheaper.

AAizaad RasidOur family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa.
Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly
The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair.
A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility.
Fun for the Whole Family
The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea.
Location & Travel Tips
Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island.
For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay.
Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here.
Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable.
Helpful Notes for Future Guests
Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning.
Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future.
The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out.
Conclusion
Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

OO_ParkThe reviews and photos on the website fully reflect the reality of the hotel. Of course, some areas could use minor cosmetic updates, but overall everything looks neat and well-maintained, and the hotel definitely offers good value for money.
The pools are clean and not crowded at all. I think this is because there are many villas on the hotel grounds with private pools, so guests who want to swim often use their villa pools. As a result, the shared pools are mostly empty and very relaxing.
All rooms have a nice view of the hotel grounds, and it’s quiet. The food is delicious, especially the breakfasts, and there is a wide variety of options for lunch and buffet-dinner, including excellent seafood and meat dishes.
The only downside is that the hotel does not have its own beach. Guests need to go to beaches of other hotels or use the sandy areas without sun loungers.
Overall, everything is fantastic. The staff is friendly and attentive, the hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, and it’s perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Вилла в тихом, очень зеленом месте. В огороженном жилом комплексе.
Бассейн был очень востребован детьми. Всегда чистый, циркуляция целый день. В жилом комплексе также есть большой бассейн с глубиной 1.5м.
Бильярд и маджонг каждый день развлекали нас.
Уборка каждые 2 дня, дом чистый. Замена полотенец и белья по требованию.
Мы очень довольны, что поселились в этой вилле! Это был замечательный отдых!!

While the location was a bit far out (understandable given how big China is), it offered easy access to several popular attractions. The area felt very safe and secure—there was a security guard who verified us at all times, which added peace of mind, although it did mean a bit of a wait before we could enter the villa.
The service was excellent. 符业啟was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a few requests during our stay—fixing a light, adjusting the bed, cleaning the floor, and getting more water—and all were settled almost immediately.
The amenities were decent. The swimming pool was usable, and the rooms were large and spacious, though slightly worn in some areas.
Cleanliness was okay overall. The place was bug-free with no strange smells, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the floor was a bit sandy at first, but the cleaners came promptly to tidy it up.
