This is five star resort but stuffs can’t speak english. Communication was so hard for us. Electric problem was every day. Location and facilities were good 👍 We wanted bath with roses like at the trip pictures 😊 But there weren’t roses in the bath

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I think generally it’s a nice hotel with cool architecture but still maybe it’s a bit overrated because there were some things that shouldn’t be in this kind of hotel. The room was nice in general but still you could see some parts were repaired not really careful, the wall behind the TV was a bit dirty or repaired unwell, I could still see some splashes there. There were no paper for writing notes neither the pen or pencil. The water was some kind of strange brand or even advertising. The floor wasn’t clean even after cleaning my feet were a bit dirty and the sofa had some stains too… Some amenities of the hotel were closed for use, such as the upper pool and sky jacuzzi. Anyways it was a nice stay but those details are still making it a bit disappointing…

The room is really big, clean, and the housekeeper is very friendly. It is close to the beach, Atlantis, Sanya Duty Free City, and Haitang Bay Global Food City. This is a very good choice. The stay is very comfortable, and the bed is just the right hardness. The parking fee is 20 yuan, hahahahaha. I will stay here again next time.

It takes about 10 minutes to get to Houhai by Didi, and it is very close to Yalong Bay Station, Duty Free, Atlantis, and Wuzhizhou. It is suitable for renting a car for a few days. The swimming pool and the room are very clean, and the housekeeper Xiao Liu is very enthusiastic. If you have any questions, just ask him! ! ! Finally, family members remember to turn on the hot water switch before taking a bath, and remember to close the door tightly because there are many mosquitoes❤️

I went to the Shenzhou Peninsula with my family over the weekend and booked the Shenzhou Peninsula Private Sea Villa Hotel. The environment and service were great! The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded the room when he saw the children and the elderly! really thankful! 👍, you can see the sea from the window 🌊 and the internet celebrity check-in spot ~ The ”Lighthouse” where she disappeared. It's a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a seaside 🏝️ villa 🏡, and the environment and service are also very good! A very cost-effective hotel! My family is very happy😃. I will stay at this hotel again next time I go there🏨

It was a great experience overall. The customer service we received was incredible. I was excited before arrival due to the level of service we received. We arrived very early in the morning and were given extra water and noodles because it was too early/late to get food anywhere. There is a small kitchen with basic utensils in the villa. The location is great for a quiet holiday. There is a decent beach within walking distance of the villa. The area/community the villas are in is beautiful! It's a very tranquil area. There aren't any Western restaurants nearby that I could find, but there are some tasty local places. Definitely recommend bringing groceries and cooking yourself if you aren't a fan of local cuisine. The only things that weren't the best was the hard bed (they did provide an extra comforter to use as a mattress pad, which helped) and the lack of shade/covering over the pool. It would've been perfect if there was a gazebo covering part of the pool to provide shade while relaxing throughout the day. I will definitely be back!

We stayed in a room without a swimming pool at first. Later we moved to a pool room. The butler has a good service attitude and takes care of anything needed in a timely manner. recommend!

The theme of the little yellow duck is cute and warm. The children fell in love with it as soon as they entered the house. The house is clean and bright. Each room has an independent air conditioner switch, which is also very friendly to the elderly. The indoor electrical facilities are complete, and daily necessities and water are replenished every day. Free parking in the yard. I especially want to mention the kitchen. At first glance, it is not just a decoration. Tableware, woks, steamers, etc., pots and pans are all available, even detergent and dishcloths are prepared in place. It is really attentive! The housekeeper service is thoughtful and meticulous, like an exclusive one. Sometimes we play far away, and the time of going out and coming back is not fixed. The housekeeper delivers meals, cleans and other services, always giving priority to our time. Send messages in advance to understand. It is really considerate and thoughtful service. I liked this villa because it has a swimming pool. I feel that the actual villa is not very convenient, especially the lack of an elevator is not very friendly to families with small children. The sea view on the second floor is great, but the main bathroom door on the second floor cannot be fully opened. The entire villa is partially air-conditioned. There are two bugs: one is that the garage door is broken and the other is that hygiene is forgotten. Maybe the main building will give you a better experience.
