Ulasan Riverside Hotel Southbank

We had a terrible experience! The rooms had dirty carpets, and the air conditioning did not work correctly, making huge noises and filling the air with mould. We stayed for two nights, and no one came to clean the room after the first night. I was travelling with my daughter, who is one year old, and she needed a calm and clean place to rest, but unfortunately, this hotel was not the place. The customer service at the front desk was incredibly unhelpful and unreliable. The only good thing about this place was the location, but not even this was enough to save the experience of our stay.

It was small but great location and lovely people. They got hit bad with floods do was happy to support them...

Very friendly. Great location close to QPAC, city and Southbank. Nice clean rooms and good facilities.

위치가 정말 너무 좋았어요 뮤지엄 바로 앞쪽이라 교통 너무 편리하고 좋았습니다 아쉬웠던점은 방 청소가 제대로 이루어지지 않는다는 점이에요 서랍에 누가 먹고 간 음식이 그대로 있어서 카운터에 얘기했는데 아무런 조치도 이루어지지 않았습니다

賓館有點舊，但是價格實惠，位置好，房間通風也比較好，還有一個比較大的陽台，無異味;最棒的是可免費停車。

Lighting in the room was minimal. Could have done with a ceiling light in the main room. The Service was excellent. Buffet breakfast had an excellent selection. Beds are too hard. I enjoyed my night and it was worth the money.

Good location, handy having a restaurant on site. Basic pool but kids enjoyed it. The room was dated with a decent amount of rubbish left behind under the arm chair. It was cheap in a good location so would stay there again for a short stay.

Be aware of being charged for a commodity or service you did not have. It took me a week to get a refund.

I was so disappointed with the size of room. The shower was small and unsafe due to shower door opening making it hard to squeeze past to get into shower. The very old aircon made a terrible noise that we had to turn it off. Very hard to sleep as the room was hot.

We kept our shoes on inside. The bathroom was grimy and unclean. The light switches had something brown on them. I’m not a difficult traveller, but this was dirty and in general terrible especially for the price.

This hotel needs a total refurbishment. It’s not in a very good location right next to the highway! The curtains/carpets are filthy & the room smelt musty & awful! We needed to check out a day early but would have done so even if we didn’t need to.
