Ulasan The Notary Hotel, Philadelphia, Autograph Collection

The hotel is at an excellent location, within steps away from 13th Street Station. From their back gate, you can easily walk to the famous Reading Terminal Market. Room is of decent size.

Perfect location with very professional staff. Everything was perfect.

美國費城市中心，靠近市政廳萬豪頂級酒店。更方面都非常滿意。

設施：很好 周邊很多街區逛街 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好 快 入住方便

地點很好，房間不錯，但是，房間有一個通風口，非常吵鬧！

房間很大，床很高，關鍵是位置特別優越，五星推薦

令人失望的酒店，第一天到達很晚，酒店前台一位先生給人不友好的感覺，我們已經預付了一間房的房費，卻説我們預訂了兩個房間，要我們打電話去中國跟攜程確認，我們認為這本來是前台就能馬上解決的小問題，有點故意刁難。然後給我一間廁所門都關不上的房間，我們可有14歲的小孩隨性。儘管房間問題酒店經理幫忙解決了，但前台那位先生的不友好給我們留下不好的印象。以後不會再回到這個酒店。

有設計感，有古典氛圍，地點非常好，非常推薦

We always stay at The Notary. It’s chic, clean, in the heart of the city. The perfect getaway surrounded by history and architecture.

This is a really nice hotel. Everyone was attentive and helpful. I plan to return soon. I would not change anything.

Not on par with other Autograph Collection properties. Our room needed a makeover. It was very dark and poorly lit. The ceilings were cracked, there were gaps between the tile and the walls in the bathroom. There was a dark water ring lining the tub (as if standing water had been in there for quite some time.) One of the mirrors in the bathroom was hanging off of the wall. When you pull into valet, no one offers to assist you with bags and there are no visible luggage carts. I have stayed at Sofitel on numerous occasions (at a lesser cost) and the service and accommodations were impeccable. I wanted to try this property because the pictures online are beautiful and I've stayed at Autograph Collection properties before and had great experiences. This was disappointing.
