The hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING. The amenities look like they have not been updated since 1950. After arriving to our hotel, traveling all day, checking in around 1:00 AM, it was extremely dingy, low lighting, and seemed extremely unsafe. As it was myself and 3 other girls, we felt very uncomfortable in such a dark hotel. The room itself had gross carpeting, and within 5 minutes we saw 2 cockroaches crawl up the walls. When downstairs discussing the bugs with the clerk another pair of guests came down and complained that there were beard shavings in their bed sheets. I demanded a refund and had to figure out my own stay for the rest of the 5 days my friends and I were in Fort Lauderdale. DON’T COME HERE.

It is a hotel that as a location is perfect... but cleaning and remodeling are bad. it looks old. and abandoned. the corridors smell bad like urine. and in the rooms we found cockroaches. it was kind of nasty. We asked to change the room and it was a little better. I went with my two girls and well, the cleaning thing worries me a lot. Fortunately, I only rented it the last night we were traveling. because it would not have lasted more than one night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I WOULD NOT GO BACK

Easy to get to. Great location. Our room was very clean, but very dated. Bed was comfy. Staff were great! Asked for dinner recommendations and it was fabulous!

Staff is great. The property itself is pretty dated. It could stand some remodeling. But if you are young and going there for spring break, it should be just fine,
The location is decent. You can walk across the road to the beach easily.
The front desk staff is good, the housekeepers are friendly and for the class of hotel, this place had a lot less of other peoples hair found in the room compared to the last low budget place we stayed.
During the peak season for the area, we stayed there for the price. Would I stay again? This time of year and price comparison, its fine,

This place was horrible nothing like the pictures I had to sleep with the curtains half open because they wouldn’t closes all the way and the toilet and sink was lending also there was bugs crawling in the floor. I’ve never stand at a place like that I’m glad it was only for one night.

This place is sandwiched between two giant hotels, but it is right on the beach. They upgraded us, and the suite is very dated, but the views are phenomenal, and it was comfortable. There is a great cafe and restaurant very close by. It felt like we were staying in a vault with the steel door and five dead locks, but we actually loved it. I would stay again.

The front desk people were rude and not helpful. I arrived at 2:15 and was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00. I asked if I could leave my baggage and come back she said I could not do that. The room was dirty, and in need of a complete overhaul it smelled like an old bar. At check out they charge me a $2.26 safe I never heard of a safe fee. I will attach pictures.

Rooms were filthy. Tub didn’t drain properly, room was not cleaned at no time during 5 day stay and had to ask for towels 3 days in a row and when they were finally given they were left at the door.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY DONT BOOK HERE GO TO A MOTEL 6 INSTEAD OR SOMETHING. Disgusting rooms , looks like a cheap motel from 1942. Horrible lobby , elevators etc. Random people sitting on the floor in front of your doors. I didn’t know it was an outdoor setting motel but it was so bad.

The hotel is severely outdated. They need to level it and rebuild. It is also very dirty- the carpet stinks and wasn’t vacuumed for probably a month, the walls paint is flaking off and the bathroom is falling apart and full of mold. Ten years ago this was a nice hotel, currently it’s a run down beach front property. The parking situation was a nightmare, they don’t have any spots to accommodate. There are all of 10 spots in the lot and a shared lot with another hotel, after a night out, we had to park in the bushes around a curve in the lot and hope no one would hit us. Fortunately the car we rented was compact enough to fit. I highly suggest you look elsewhere…it was too expensive for the stay and no peace of mind.
