I love the hotel facilities , they got piano, swing , table tennis, foosball table, 24/7 gym , band room and swimming pool. It’s very cool and the location is very nice and near to train station also

Absolutely amazing service and rooms. Everyone in the hotel was super helpful and nice. Totally sold on the hotel and indeed the whole network of "The Social Hub" hotels, it's now my first choice for traveling accomodations. As a bonus, I uploaded the view from the rooftop bar so you can see what you are missing!

This is honestly the best place to stay in Florence. It was so convenient and the accommodation provides you with everything which include a social area, pool, bar, laundry and even a gym which was free of charge. The pool and bar area provides a spectacular view of the city. Staff was professional and friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. I would say this was the best stay throughout my trip in Europe by far.

This was a very earth-friendly and conscious hotel. So much open space and different quirky areas and facilities. The staff was bubbly and friendly!

It is a little far from the center but the place is amazing! The swings at the entrance make it so much fun. Definitely will be staying there again!

Clean rooms, great location, cool hip vibe, lots to do at hotel, games, pool, music, food 5 star for everything. Staff were awesome. First time we tried social hub and have now booked them again for the rest of our Europe trip in Paris, Amsterdam, and Madrid . Would stay there again and again.

1. Janitor is a **** knocked on our door to disturb our sleeping and when you open the door he hides. This one called Sia 2. Another janitor told you the gym is closed while the front desk told you is 24hrs. 3. One bold ***** guy at front desk gives you this creepy look at all time. 4. Location is 15m away from the Santa Maria church 5. Laundry is convenient

Location is a good from the station, within 15 minutes go to the view point, or you may take a bus is easier

Busy hotel, ideal for younger travellers. Lively social experience. Pool area very crowded but amazing view overlooking Florence. Good buffet breakfast.

The hotel is OK, the view from the pool is great, you have to reserve the sunbeds a day earlier but you can go for a swim even without the reservation. The location is good.
