Clean comfortable hotel in a central location, friendly, helpful staff and easy check in and out.

Lovely hotel. Staff attentive. Housekeeping was very try good. Didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast but smelt good :) Room had a balcony which was an added bonus

Carcassonne is a castle-city town, the hotel is about 13 min waling distance from the train station. Room is clean, and comes with a bathtub.

Staffs are indifference to your needs; the female receptionist don’t even know the local transportation ! the hotel itself is great but the staff seems to not care about you!! the room got good views with good facilities pity they are not employing more friendly staffs.

非常棒的入住體驗，前台小哥哥和小姐姐很nice，酒店位置離Carcassone火車站步行9分鐘左右，也不遠，住在酒店能看到古堡，步行去古堡也很近。價格也適中。是一個不錯的選擇，衹是附近吃的東西不多，需要步行幾分鐘才有餐廳，不過酒店餐飲不錯。 衞生：很好

Un gran hotel con fantásticas vistas a Carcasonne. Jardín, terraza exterior y habitaciones muy grandes. Todas las habitaciones con máquina de café. Aparcamiento gratuito en la zona. Un cuatro estrellas muy recomendable

Muy buen hotel, buenisima ubicación con vistas al castillo y con parking gratis cerca, habitaciones muy correctas. Un poco caro el desayuno (15€ por persona)

This hotel has the most remarkable view over the walled city. Choose a room with a city view - it's worth the additional cost. When the city and bridge are lit up at night, it's magical. The room was clean and comfortable, room size is typical for France with the tiniest mini-fridge I've ever seen. Front desk was friendly and hotel has a good vibe. Easy walk to walled city, train station and the rest of town.

Staff is very nice and always helpful. Very good breakfast, quiet and beautiful location. Excellent!!
